The swimming pool is very good, and after a hot day is the best. The location fantastic, my room was big and spacious the only minus is the bathroom that must be renovated in my opinion. The shower is not comfortable. The doors don’t close well and are old giving the appearance of dirtier.

Great hotel in the heart of Old Town. Lovely staff. Big rooms with everything a traveller needs. Hot water at rush hour might be sparse, my only challenging comment.

In general the hotel is very good! The location is great, the front desk is friendly and solve the requests very quickly. Nice swimming pool and decoration. Cons: not very new, some parts could be renovated. The breakfast was way too simple, I only ate eggs, not even a cheese, that it’s always in all hotels.

Old boutique hotel in a great area near central Chiang Mai. Around the corner from where the Sunday night market is on and close to lots of nice bars and cafes. Decent pool and gym, nice spacious rooms with a balcony.

The location of this hotel is really good! You can walk anywhere. However, the club Zoe in yellow is very close and you can hear it at night. So if you’re a light sleeper it might be a problem.

The room is big and the environment is good. There are many Europeans and Americans living here, most of them are families traveling. The rooms are basically full for the days we stayed. The breakfast menu will change. It has been open for a long time, and some facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is noisy and the remote control is not flexible. The worst thing is the hot water. I stayed for four days, but the hot water for the shower never came out. The mango sticky rice at the door is good.

The At Chian Mai is a hotel where life is good. It is very well located and it is close to everything without having the daily disturbance of life near the shops and the flow of vehicles that represent the active life near this hotel. In addition, it is charming, calm and peaceful whether in a group, family, couple or alone. It offers services that live up to what one would expect from a hotel worthy of the name in Thailand. Indeed, there is a beautiful swimming pool towards which is just affixed a relaxation area where the water of a fountain of life flows through a sober and natural decoration, before diving into a pool where some giant and multicolored carp live. I dare not tell you about the service at the reception which is impeccable, the staff is attentive to your every need and is always ready to help you and very patient even when you do not speak English or Thai. All the rest of the staff is also dedicated to their work and to always bring you satisfaction. I recommend without conditions. I especially thank the reception service for all the services and solutions that were made to us during our stay in Chiang Mai.

Accommodation quality: - The bed is quite comfortable, and the towel is folded into an elephant, which is quite cute. - A small bathtub and breakfast are provided. -Breakfast is buffet style, not particularly unpalatable. - The swimming pool is very chill and easy to take pictures. - The service staff is very nice and you can borrow an umbrella if it rains. - Fitness equipment provided. - The TV provides Netflix and Youtube, and can be connected directly to wifi. Overall, it's a good place to relax. It's a 15-minute drive from the airport, but there are no toothbrushes provided and some of the equipment is old. There are some temples and scenic spots nearby where you can take photos within a few steps. It is very suitable for people who come to Chiang Mai for vacation and relaxation. Since the unit price per night is not high, the CP value is high. But if you require brand new equipment, it may not be suitable.
