It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. They even helped me to make this special decoration and offered a gift to my mom on her Birthday day. For sure I would like to come back and big thanks to all the staff.

Hotel was very clean, very convenient location close to Gran via metro, and hotel staff were all friendly. Just 10 minutes taxi ride from Atocha rail station too.

This hotel is a steal when you comparing the pricing, cleanliness and location of other hotels around this area. Hotel is clean with nice staff. Worth coming again.

This is a “must stay” at place. Had a wonderful time. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff very accommodating and friendly.
