Over all worst trip experienced in Japan after same to the country so many times. We miss the paid dinner by a hour. No refund or not even try to reserve any dinner for us. We thought, ok it’s mainly fault missing the dinner time. It starts getting bad after we checked in, It’s super cold during the winter time and the heating source are either from the kerosene heater or the AC. For AC it’s basically only blowing out cool air after turned “heating” for over 30min. Then we decided to turn on kerosene. The smell becomes unbearable after 20-40min.! Then it starts beeping with a sign “ventilation” we had to open the door to let he smell of engine oil out. Barely slept the night during to the smell and coldness. They in the morning around 10, here comes the check out time. We felt quite violated through out and quite inconsiderate service, the front desk seems very polite but a bit mean somehow. The elderly gentle man at the desk was nice and helpful. But for rest (most) of the faculties, For this very fake politeness not even any genuine sense of“trying to make it better”. Not really recommended.

Good environment and friendly staff. Japanese style breakfast severed was excellent. Rooms were suitable for families' stay.

Nice place with public bath. Peaceful and quiet. Wish they have bike.

Location is far from kawaguchiko attractions. Pickup service is limited to very little times compared to other hotels in the area.

The location is relatively far and it takes 15-20 minutes to walk (when carrying a suitcase). However, the hotel has a pick-up car, so you can make an appointment in advance for pick-up. The food is very good, you can eat until you are full and can’t stop eating😂

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there are many restaurants and shops to choose from. The hotel lobby is very traditional Japanese style, with simple and elegant decoration. I booked a traditional Japanese tatami room, which was fully equipped and very clean and tidy. The tatami bed was very comfortable and I could lie on it and enjoy a Japanese-style rest. A kimono was also provided in the room, allowing me to experience the traditional Japanese way of wearing it. The hotel's service is also very attentive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and provided a lot of information about nearby attractions and transportation. Breakfast is a traditional Japanese breakfast with a wide variety of choices and delicious taste. All in all, I am very satisfied with my stay at this Japanese-style hotel. Whether it was the location, room facilities or service quality, I was deeply impressed. If I have the chance to come to Tokyo again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel price already includes the hot spring tax. When I checked out, the hotel front desk wanted to collect the hot spring tax, but I refused. The service attitude was very poor.

Tatami rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very rich and has many kinds; each large table only arranges guests who are staying together, which is very considerate.

One of my clothes was left in the closet in the room (valued at 2,500 yuan). I contacted the hotel afterwards, but they said they didn’t find it and blocked me from staying there again.
