My stay at Terminus Hotel Oujda was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were polite and always ready to help in English, French, or Arabic. The bellboy was extremely friendly — he even arranged a taxi for me and made sure the driver knew exactly where I needed to go. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful. The room was spotless, equipped with a hairdryer, plenty of towels, and even an iron, which was a big plus for me. I was also given a complimentary late check-out, which I really appreciated. Although the breakfast price of €10 per person felt a bit high, everything else made my stay very comfortable. A special thank you to Abedelsamad and Adil for being so helpful, friendly, and truly professional. I would definitely stay here again!

The spa is amazing. Modern facilities, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The manager Ghizlan takes great attention when you arrive and also to ensure everything is done to perfection. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic, relaxing experience. The manager ghizlan was very professional and helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I also had a Brilliant hammam treatment and massage from samira. It was the perfect relaxation and reinvigoration

Lovely stay
I had a lovely stay here with family. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. As an English traveller staff were very helpful to me especially. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout. Food is very good here.
