This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking.
Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

Service impeccable, surtout avec le serveur Abderrazak qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Il s’est montré très attentif à nos besoins tout au long du repas. L’ambiance était agréable, le personnel souriant et les plats délicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Les employés sont trop gentils et sympathiques (femme de ménage, accueil, serveurs, voiturier….) le petit-déjeuner est offert par l’établissement même il n’était pas diversifié mais ca fait la faire par contre il faut entretenir les chambres mais en gros je note 8/10 pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles

The location is amazing, with a very good atmosphere. The room was okay, but there were no amenities and no cleaning service. There were some insects, and you could smell food in the room. It was also noisy, and the service was very bad both at the restaurant and the spa. They also had a water problem, so I don’t recommend using the spa. The price seems to be only for the view; other than that, it’s not worth it. They don’t give the same level of care to all guests, especially if there are large groups you end up feeling like you don’t matter to them.

Hello, this is one of the best Hotels I have stayed in, in Morocco! I really recommend to stay in the Eden el Rouh Hotel, you’ll find relaxing music and Quran 24/7 Highly recommended it for a peaceful relaxing time. Stuff is excellent

The view was wonderful and the service so clean and professional with Abderrazzak, he was nice and respectful. The prices are good compared to the view on the beach with private pool. The place is quiet and calm In all it was amazing to visit this place in April 2025
