Impeccable service, especially from the server Abderrazak, who was remarkably kind and professional. He was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. We had a great time with family, and we will be happy to come back. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking.
Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

The employees are too nice and friendly (housekeeper, receptionist, waiters, valet….) the breakfast is offered by the establishment itself it was not diversified but that does it on the other hand it is necessary to maintain the rooms but overall I rate 8/10 for a 4 star hotel

Just to go in for a coffee or lunch, you have to pay 30 dirhams for parking. There’s not even such a thing in any hotel in Morocco. And the problem is that street parking is free. That’s ridiculous, hhhhhh

Nous avions réservé à l’hôtel Eden Rouh et confirmé à deux reprises par téléphone (noms des clients, lit bébé, tarif convenu). Malgré cela, nous avons découvert que notre réservation avait été annulée sans aucune notification de la part de l’établissement. Un tel manquement remet sérieusement en cause la fiabilité et le professionnalisme de cet hôtel. Dans un secteur où la réputation est primordiale, ignorer ainsi ses clients est une erreur grave. J’invite la direction à prendre leurs responsabilités et à mettre en place des mesures correctives, faute de quoi l’image d’Eden Rouh risque d’être durablement compromise.

J´ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement. Nous sommes arrivés à 14h serviettes livrées à minuit après plusieurs reclamatios à la réception. Télévision réparée à minuit. Chambre en Très mauvais état. Petit déjeuner lamentable . En général c'est un hôtel qui ne mérite pas le classement qui lui est donné et le prix demandé. Je suis allé pour quelques jours, finalement j'ai quitté le lendemain. Une expérience à ne pas vivre.
