Had a several stays in the hotel, each stay usually 3-4 nights - I think I can summarise my feedback. Great location in the heart of Louvain-la-Neuve. Literally 1-2 minutes by walk to the nearest bars/restaurants. Check-in: quick and efficient, obviously if you avoid peak hours. No issues with leaving the bag earlier and check-in later. Early check-in comes with additional cost (no surprise here). Check out - this is usually quick, no issues. Breakfast: solid selection, nothing spectacular but all you need to start your day. The only remark I have - as it's a business hotel, I would recommend to start the breakfast sooner than 7AM. Rooms - clean and spacious, equipped with desk and an armchair. Robe is a nice addition too. Gym - properly equipped if you need to do some exercises, can be a bit crowder in case of bad weather Some issues I had: during one of my stays, there was a locked safe in the room (no one was able to help me for 3 days). Nothing else happened on other stays. Overall - recommended for a stay in the area of LLN.

Pleasant surprise
This was a very pleasant surprise. We booked last minute and didnt know we weren't in Brussels. But what a treat it was. The staff was nice but it was the hotel itself and tge area we loved. A beautiful location if you just want to getaway for a few days

Nice bed & location. Bad service and Spa
The hotel location is great, the room was comfortable, but the service has room to improve, especially for a 4* hotel:
-The hotel did not have any shampoo (they were out of stock for the week),
-They were out of washcloths for the entire week
-Breakfast was hit or miss depending on the day. Some days, the eggs were severely undercooked. I do not mind runny eggs, but half the time, they looked more like an egg soup
-The spa service (manicure / pedicure) was horrible: it was so painful that we almost had to ask them to stop
-We had to ask 3 people at the front desk to finally get a parking pass. The first 2 people told us that we had to pay every time that we got in and out. The 3rd finally told us that we could prepay for the week and get in and out as many times as we wanted.
The beds were super comfortable though

I’ve stayed here three times now always a nice hotel , nice food and usually the same room which is also lovely to , I do recommend this hotel which is clean , great breakfast, good evening food in the restaurant and close to all in this area TIP: book a table at reception for every evening as they have private parties which they book over their quests first , hopefully I’ll be back soon .
