這次在渥太華住的是青旅，這家青旅是古監獄改建的。我住的這個八人間曾住過一個***，還有樓梯間的防自殺網；死刑犯囚室；曾經的絞刑行刑室；監獄頂樓是診所，一樓是廚房和多功能廳，如果有人在廚房受傷了，那麼就得五花大綁把他從窄樓梯上運上去。該監獄自設立以來，一共就處決過三名犯人，其中一個犯人的罪行是刺殺國父。我住的八人間有公共衞浴和洗衣房，贈送早餐，每天還有免費的古監獄導覽。

実際に使われていた刑務所を改装してできたホテルと聞いて興味本位で滞在してみたら中は綺麗でロケーションも良く過ごしやすかったです。アメニティーはタオルはあるがシャンプーやボディーソープはなくドライヤーもありませんでした。寝るだけならとても満足して過ごせると思います。

It is located just a few minutes from Parliament. The history behind it is excellent, and they offer free Jail tours for the guests.

The prison was very hot and the air conditioning was not good. The breakfast was bland. The hotel is located near the city center and the bustling business district, which is convenient for eating and drinking and going to the university. There is no private bathroom.
