Had a balcony room with a view of the river. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was clean and had lots of food out. The maple, cinnamon waffles were a very delicious surprise. Pool was very nice. Had a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Fitness center was the largest we have ever seen in a hotel.

Entire row of rooms require quests to walk by open doors to hotel laundry facilities. I would not have guests in my house to do this with my own laundry room. Just shut doors. And, don’t run laundry at 8:45 at night when guests are primarily at hotel to sleep.

We arrived at 3:45 pm for a 3pm check-in. The rooms was not ready. The manager went up to inspect the room and came down at 4pm and said it was ready. When we got into the room, the bathroom floor was covered in wet hair, there were dirty towels hanging on the door and there was chewed gum in the sink. There was no toilet paper, no tissues, and no clean towels. There was also no bedding for the pull out couch. This took extra trips and requests to get settled. Then the plumbing in the toilet needed clogging. The guy at the front desk said, "I'll give you a plunger." I don't know how he thinks hotel customer service works, but I've never paid $350 a night for a hotel stay that was so deplorable that I was expected to plug the toilet, myself. Finally, the pull out couch mattress is so thin that I have marks in my skin of the metal chain link fencing it must be lined with. An absolute awful sleep for 2 nights.All of this was relayed to the manager and my " sorry for your troubles" amounted in a $10 credit for a stay at the hotel again. I would NEVER stay here - and I travel to this town at least 6 times a year. You are the Worst Western.

Tra v Ellen 4 hours to destination only to discover that in spite of paying a higher rate for a balcony y room b our reservation was lost ( for the first day) which meant we e list out on a balcony room foe either day. Overall attitude of front desk clerks n÷ds the workshop on Kow to win friends and influence people!

My husband and I were met by a very friendly, competent person at the front desk, who allowed us to check in early and gave us all the information we needed to use the hotel. Our king suite was bright and spacious and immaculately clean. The view was gorgeous. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. There was a good sized pool with lap lanes, a hot tub, steam room, and sauna and a full-time attendant. The hotel is within walking distance or a very short drive of the sites we wanted to see in Oswego. We were sorry that we had only planned to stay one night.

We selected and paid extra for the room with the whirlpool tub and the view of the river from balconies. But we were unimpressed with the spotty carpeting, the windows that were difficult to see through, and the grimy whirlpool tub. We did enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the Oswego River and watching the geese fly over at dusk. The brightest spot of our stay was the lovely woman at the front desk who gave us lots of pointers on where to go and where to eat. We especially loved the wide selection of food and drink at the sports bar across the street.
