I booked the hotel and there was an option to check in early (1pm) for an extra fee. The hotel was practically empty so not sure this was necessary. The outdoor pool was cloudy so we went swimming at the lake which is very close - 2 min walk. The family room was good with our own big deck. The inside courtyard is the best part of this hotel. There is potential here but TLC is needed. I would not stay here again.

We (husband, daughter, 2 dogs and myself) stayed for one night at this hotel in the beginning of August 2025. I booked a double queen room a couple of days before arrival. We travel in a camper van and stay in hotels now and then. It was very hot in Osoyoos to stay in the van for that night. We arrived just after 4pm and it took very little time for us to get our room keys (swipe cards). Our room was already nice and cold when we got inside and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a king bed and queen bed in the room, bonus! There was air-conditioning, a big flat screen TV, a fridge, a sitting area and bathroom with bath/shower. The room was clean and tidy. The surroundings were so pretty and we loved the inner courtyard garden with a outdoor tables with a big umbrella and chairs for each room/suite. There were some grassy areas, a small children's pool and a bigger pool for guest. There were also BBQ facilities, a game room and a coin-operated guest laundry. The parking area was on the outside of the hotel and free. There were little alley ways that connected the parking lot with the courtyard to get to your room. Ours happened to be in the courtyard. It was very quiet and even outside in the courtyard it was fairly quiet. We were about a couple of minutes walk from the beach as well. Highly recommended with friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Our first time visiting and we would love to make it an annual tradition. The vibes were great, all the other guests were kind and friendly and everyone enjoyed their vacations together

There is a parking space in front of each room but it's not assigned to the room so parking is a free-for-all. We had to park across the street. The toilet in our room wasn't cleaned - the seat was covered in urine - it was disgusting. This made me question what other areas hadn't been cleaned. There are no instructions for the TV remote. The manager had no problem using it but we couldn't figure it out.
