Best place to ruin out your vacation.
Waste of money, dirty rooms, and outdated decorations.
Bathroom dirty, no hot water, water kettle is disgusting, room's Telephone doesn't work, room's lighting is very weak and too dimmed.
So unfortunate experience.

Kız kıza bir tatil planladık.Uzun araştırmalar sonucu bize en uygun olanın Ağaoğlu My Mountain Hotel olduğuna kanaat getirerek, üç günlük bir tatil yaptık.Burada eşsiz hatıralar biriktirdik.Hotelin kalitesi ve konforu bizi oldukça etkiledi.Herşey kusursuzdu.Çok sistemli bir ekip söz konusuydu.Kargaşa olmadan, saygı çerçevesi içerisinde bir tatil geçirmiş olduk.Şömine keyiflerimiz için burayı yeniden tercih edeceğiz seneye.Kayak düşkünü bir iki arkadaşımız içinde oldukça iyi bir tercih oldu.Günün büyük kısmı kayak bölgesinde geçirirken biz de onları izlemiş olduk.Pistin otele yakınlığı söz konusu olduğundan giriş çıkışlarda da hiç zorlanmadan aksine kısa süreliğine de olsa dinlenmek için gelerek vakit geçirdiler.Yemekleri efsaneydi.

Otel güzel, yemekler yeterli. Ancak yemek dışında içeceklerin ücretli olması olmamış. Eski bir otel olan Kar tanesi otelin yuzeysel olarak yenileme yapilmis hali Agaoglu otel. Ne yazik ki otelin esyalarinin ve odalarin ciddi bir tekrar yenileme gecirmesi lazim. Odalar bakimsiz yataklar cok kisa rahatsiz edici (1.87cm boyumla ayaklarim disarda kaliyordu). Ilginc bir sekilde odalarda cay kahve ikrami yok o yuzden Su isiticisi dogal olarak mevcut degil. Bistro cafe nin ucretli olmasi ve fahis fiyatlar ! (Kayak tatili pahalidir dusuncesine siginarak). Bes cayi (17.00 18.00) zamani disinda cay, kahve,corba vs. hicbir ikramin olmamasi kayak tatili yaparken insan ariyor yani. Sadece gece 00.00-01.00 de gece corba ikrami var; o da aksam yemegini gec yediysen bir esprisi yok zaten. Otelin olumlu yani calisanlarin hepsi guler yuzlu ve yardimci olmasi , kapali otopark mevcut (yeterli olmasada). Disardan gunubirlikci kabul edilmiyor. Yemekler ve kahvalti yeterli lezzetli. 2. Bolgede olmasindan dolayi pistler cok yogun degil 1. Bolgeye kiyasla. Fakat standart bizim sonradan gorme, kural sira tanimayan,saygisiz, kayak takimlarinizin ustune cikan varliklardan ne yazik ki burda da bolca goreceksiniz.

Otel bir Türk kayak oteli için temiz ve rahat. Odalar yenilenmiş ve güzel. Yatakları çok eski ve rahatsız.Ayrıca F&B tam bir hayalkırıklığı. Yemekler büfede buz gibi, önceden pişirip büfeye konuluyor.Sunum ,servis çok zayıf. Ayran, kola gibi basit içeceklerin ellerinde kalmadığını belirtiyorlar. Kayak malzemeleri oldukça eski ve pahalı.
