5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

AVOID THIS PLACE – Horrible Experience With Their Staff
I accidentally booked the wrong dates (Nov 23–25 instead of Dec 23–25) and contacted the hotel immediately to fix it. I called multiple times, created two support tickets, and even contacted Trip.com support. Trip.com tried reaching them repeatedly as well - but the hotel completely ignored every call, every ticket, every attempt to resolve the issue.
The staff showed zero cooperation and absolutely no willingness to help.
I’ve never dealt with a hotel that refuses to communicate this badly.
Avoid this place. HORRIBLE STAFF and terrible customer service.

Genel olarak memnun kaldığımız ancak swiss hizmetini minumumda hissettiğimiz bir tatil oldu. Okul ara tatili olması sebebiyle tesis kapasitesinin üzerinde misafir kabul etmiş göründü. Kalabalıktan bağımsız olarak personel hizmet kalitesinin artırılması hususunda profesyonel adım atılmalı.
Detay Not: Haşlanmış yumurtalar çok uzun süre haşlanmış. Uygun pişirme teknikleri uygulanmalı.
Ufak hizmet sorunlarına rağmen tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir tesis.
