Mostly great, especially the concierge was very helpful, good food and nice look. Location is best part right in heart of so much stuff. A few miscues among rest of staff were odd for nice hotel.

Amazing hotel very good service

Check in the room with dustbin on the toilet floor. The staff came and use his feet to open up the wc cover to throw the rubbish into wc and use the feet to close back the wc. Very disgusting and not a proper 5 star standard. The towel is disgusting and room has strong smoking smell.

It's an old hotel, so the location is good. Knowing that hotel rooms in Europe are small, I booked a suite, but the shower room in the bathroom was so small that it was difficult to turn around.

The location was great, and I used the rooftop spa, which I enjoyed by taking a dip in the pool next to the birch trees and enjoying the view of the city. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options at the restaurant next to the building.

It's really hard to describe the price! There are no toothbrushes, cotton swabs, combs, etc. Fortunately, I used Rhett White. The mirror was not wiped clean. The house facing the street was noisy all night. Breakfast is even more self-reliant. The waiters gathered together to chat and didn't come to ask if you want coffee and tea. Otherwise, you can use the self-service coffee machine. There is no such machine. You have to ask, order and wait. If you don't speak the language well, it will be really unpleasant. You have to walk up several stairs from the lobby to the elevator. Because there are few waiters, you often have to carry it up by yourself. I also saw people pushing strollers and waiting for help. There was no one to help at the gate.

I was shocked when I opened the door. The bath towels and the leftover Coke bottles from the previous guests were still there. The front desk casually changed the room without any compensation or sincere apology. The air conditioner was too cold to turn off at 12 o'clock in the evening. I spent an hour to fix it and finally had to change the room. It is totally unworthy of the five-star rating. The environment and service are very disappointing.

Very old hotel. It was a weekend when I checked in. It was very lively. I really liked the bar downstairs. The environment was great! You can go there for a cocktail.

The overall location is good, right in the city center. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. The exterior and lobby area are nice. The room is average. Anyway, the room we stayed in has average facilities, not like a five-star hotel. The service is good.
