The apartment was sparklingly clean, fully equipped and spacious. Parking was just outside the door and extremely convenient for me to bring in the groceries. The kitchen was large and we had fun preparing dinner together. It was so close to Disney Springs and we even drove there for extra shopping after dinner. We even played pickle ball the next morning and the hotel provided the paddles and balls. We were extremely satisfied for our 3-day stay. The only thing that was bit disappointed was the swimming pool was small as compared to the size of the vacation club.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Polynesian Isles Kissimmee. The only pitfall was the washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are located right outside the front door, to be shared between the two tenants on each floor. However, I never encountered a delay when using. It just would have been more convenient in the unit.

4 Nota 4, por um único motivo , eu não gosto de carpete . Mas o local é super limpo , organizado , todos os atendentes , funcionários, super educados . Perto de todos os parques … 15/20 min. Local estratégico!!! Apt de 2 quartos super confortáveis, camas confortável! Estão de parabéns !

This place has a great tropical feel. Unlike the big resort with restaurants etc this place was low key and quiet. Great friendly staff, comfortable room and full kitchen. It’s located in the middle of everything. Plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place.

Was very surprised and enjoyed our stay. My daughter and I were in the area for Nationals for dance snd truly loved our “home base” for the week and our stay. This place is a true hidden gem in the area and peaceful and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. While there aren’t flashy amenities like other vacation resorts, this place does offer a quiet setting just minutes away from shopping, the interstate, and Disney World (which I had to run to the convention center at Disney’s Dolphin hotel everyday and it was only a 15 minute drive). It was just my daughter and I, but we felt so spoiled with all of the space we had (2 bedroom condo) and a full kitchen. There is also security to wave you in an out, pretty much at all hours, but I never felt unsafe here at all. We were located in the area behind check in and loved our condo. Pricing wasn’t bad either. This will now become the first location I’m looking up when coming to Orlando.

Smaller resort but this made it much easier to enjoy. The room was large and comfortable, and the facilities and pools were easy to enjoy. Excellent customer service. They phoned twice to make sure the room I had was appropriate and gave me a bed selection option for the spare room. They even allowed me to choose a ground floor unit over a higher-level unit to avoid stairs. Extremely trust worth staff. Upon check out, I forgot a significant and large sum of cash in a drawer. Before I even noticed, the resort phoned me and informed me of my error. The funds were returned to me in full down to the penny. AMAZING service. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Staff at a great hotel! We enjoyed our visit once again ; we were here last october as well in a troublesome time ( Hurricane Milton) The Front Office staff remembered us ( Freddy and Josue) And It felt like coming home! This time we stayed about 2 weeks off and on and were extremely happy with the service from all front office staff ( not only Freddy and Josue but also Carlos and Riley) as well and their manager Lou! We are already looking forward to our next visit ! Thank you all!
