Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Masuya ★★★★
"Good breakfast and dinner, only thing is our car needs to be parked elsewhere!"
Hotel Select Inn Furukawa ★★★
"Comfortable stay."
Yumoto Kissho ★★★★
"Fantastic tatami room and excellent onsen."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Kounkaku ★★★★
"Though the hotel was quite old but hotsprings quality were superb. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Many food varieties and good taste."
APA Hotel Miyagi Furukawa Ekimae ★★
"I was knocked on the door of the room and woke up early in the morning. I thought it was cleaning after I knew I was leaving the room, but it seemed that I was knocking all the doors, and I thought it was such a system, but I was sorry that I wanted to sleep a little more."
Ryokan Ohnuma ★★
"This place is a rustic ryokan with stories. While it is not luxurious ryokan, but I had great experiences. Room is rather small but that’s all we needed. There are public bath and private baths available. I enjoyed using public bath. Dinner and breakfast were good. Not overwhelming but very tasty. Staffs were nice and very attentive. At the last day, grandma came and greeted us during departure. The ryokan also offered to drop us off at the train station."
Naruko Fuga ★★★
"Our rooms were extremely spacious. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and we were provided with numerous care products each day delivered to our door in baskets. We had a lovely garden view too. We were greeted and served by a lovely gentleman at the main desk. His English wasn’t great but he tried so hard and was so welcoming. One day there was no hot water on the hotel due to an ‘event’ and that same gentleman came to our room to tell us and had the message translated on his phone to show me. The music in the lobby was always spirited away music and it was very fitting. I use the ladies private bath and outdoor onsen. Noone else was there. It was so perfect. The hotel is close to the station. I really liked it here and highly recommend it ❤️"
Hotel Route-Inn Furukawa Ekimae ★★★
"Clean, sanitary and convenient transportation"
Hotel Furukawa Hills ★★
"The building itself looked old, but the interior was clean and very nice. Although I booked a single room, they gave me a slightly larger room, which made my stay very comfortable. I thought it was a great deal considering breakfast was included. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity."

Kyuden Ryokan
"The hotel has a historical feel, the staff are friendly and polite, it's family-run and the staff are all elderly, and the breakfast and dinner are exquisite and delicious! The most recommended feature is the two onsen rooms, which can be enjoyed alone or with a partner for 50 minutes, feeling like a private bath!"
Naruko Kanko Hotel
"The hotel's service is attentive, the staff are warm and courteous, the food at dinner is delicious, and a variety of drinks, including alcoholic drinks, are provided for free. There is free coffee and beer in the lobby...very heartwarming service."
Yuami No Yado Numakura
"This inn is run by a young couple. The proprietress was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. There are two bathtubs, allowing for a relaxing soak, and locals were also using them. The breakfast and dinner were thoughtfully prepared and very satisfying. It was nice to be able to relax after a long time."
Ryokan Yusa
"This is an inn that I wanted to stay at someday when I used it for a day trip before the coronavirus pandemic. As with all inns in Naruko, you can stay at a low price and the quality of the spring water is good. If I have time, I would like to try the hot spring treatment. The outside of this inn is old and looks bad, but the inside was very clean and I didn't feel any discomfort. All of Naruko's inns have unique hot springs, but the one that impressed me the most was the private open-air bath outside. It was filled with the feeling of a secret base and tickled my childish mind. The food was delicious and I was very satisfied with my stay for 1 night and 2 days. The owners of the inns are very friendly and I'm starting to find more inns that I want to stay at again."

"I went there after watching the YouTuber 'Yuuki' and had a nice stay for 3 days and 2 nights. 1. Room condition It is an old building with about 15 rooms inside. The room I was given was a room called Wisteria. It was divided into three areas: the entrance, main room, and veranda (with sink). The heater is oil-type and there is no hair dryer inside the room, so you have to use it in the bath on the first floor. The room was a tatami room, but because it was old, the soundproofing was not good. 2. Meal The staff said that every meal had a different side dish every day, and except for some salads and vegetables, every day was a different meal. It was a luxurious meal with memorable foods such as natto, Sendai beef, kingfish, etc. The amount was just right for an adult male to eat. 3. Hot springs There are three hot springs in Yusaya. -Outdoor open-air bath: This is an outdoor bath that can be used only once per night for 30 minutes. You will be called to your room on time and will arrive in 2 minutes on foot. It was a private open-air bath that could be used that way. I think you can have a good experience as long as you're careful that it gets chilly at night. - Hot springs inside the ryokan: Men’s and women’s baths change depending on the time. The moment I entered the eel stew, I could feel my skin becoming slippery. -Public bathhouse: When you leave the ryokan, it is a public bathhouse on the right. If you get a ticket at the counter, you can use it unlimitedly. 4. The rest The staff are all very friendly. I think the fact that he came to meet me until I left and took me to Naruko Onsen Station by car on time even though it was raining kept it in my memory for a long time until the very end. thanked."
Naruko Onsen Ryokan Kanshichiyu
"I thought I was prepared based on reviews on travel sites, but I was wrong. It was worse than I expected, in a bad way. I'm not particularly sensitive, so I thought I'd be able to manage, but I regretted it the moment I arrived. The entrance is the first thing guests see, and there was a pile of paperwork there. (It was piled high, like something out of a comic book, and it felt like it would collapse if even the slightest movement were to happen.) The front desk also only had a small amount of space available for the piles of paperwork, so even things like bathing tax payments had to be handed over in person. (There was nowhere to put them.) The tatami mats in the room were so dirty that even moving clothes or bags would get covered in crumbs. The futon was made of rice crackers. There were no tissues provided, so I had to bring my own pocket tissues (maybe there were some somewhere, but maybe I just didn't notice). Of course, if this was for around 6,000 yen with two meals included, I wouldn't have any complaints, but it was 9,350 yen. I had just stayed at a much cleaner inn with delicious food for just under 9,000 yen a few days earlier, so it was even more unacceptable. The toilet in the room was just barely normal, so I managed to bear it. The bath water quality was good, but overall I didn't feel like taking a bath, so I only went once. I felt bad for the owner because he's a nice guy, but even so, I think he should have thought a little more about how he would feel if he were a customer. I won't be going there again, but for those who don't mind that sort of thing, it might be nice to have meals in your room and feel at ease (I think these things vary from person to person)."
