We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻
Location is near to the Shinsaibashi street, exit from the Shinsaibashi train station and either take the elevator from Parco or take the escalator from exit 6 to reach the ground level. Family mart is just opposite the hotel & there are many food options available nearby.
Cleanliness was ok, but perhaps the decoration and furnitures are in dark colour, you could see quite obvious dust going around. There is a limited (empty bins & change towels) or full house keeping option every day. They do not top up the bottles of water if you have not consume the current ones placed inside the room.
The washing machine & microwave in the room works well. Laundry soap is also provided. There is a QR code for you to scan to operate the washing machine. One minus point is there is no drying rack or enough hangers going around if you were to wash one full load (total 6 hangers provided in the room).
The room was well lit in the day as there is a big window and sunlight can shine in. Night time is abit insufficient as the lights inside the room are too dim.
My recent four nights stay in a Superior double room at Nikko Japan during winter illumination is impeccable. Love the japanese restaurant breakfast (which i paid with the hotel’s 15% off voucher). The night bell manager and housekeeping staffs, concierge recommendation (at my request) for japanese massage are good. Underneath hotel could connect to two nearby malls, a food place which is cheaper to eat at, and within walking distance to 3 metro lines. Super convenient. There is separate good quality skincare for ladies and gentlemen, and a sitting area. Also love that i could stroll and within a block there are many normal quaint and chain shops, pharmacies that are covered.

Enjoyed staying here again. One of my favorite hotels in Osaka. So great to shinsaibaishi shopping street and two subway stations. One of the things i love about this hotel are the freebies. Every evening free ramen and alcoholic drinks. 24 hour free coffee and some juices soft drinks. You can request for a 4g mobile dongle for free and carry it with you so your family can hotspot to it (limited units). Great hotel. I usually move around to different hotels for fun on each visit but the bridge is definitely one of them on my ”must stay” list.
Nice staff really helpful and polite. The room is clean and feel comfortable for these nights. Also the location near Namba station and Shinsai Bashi!
Amazing budget hotel for the solo traveller. It's a walking distance from the subway and main shopping area in Shinsaibashi. Totally enjoyed my stay there. They also provided a phone charger in the room.
The hotel is located close to Dotonbori and within walking distance of the subway. It’s a self-service hotel, with a dinosaur waiting to greet you in the lobby, where you'll also find self-check-in and check-out machines. The entire process is done independently, but overall, it’s a good experience. And since I might be staying alone, there's a robot in the room for me to talk to. He can sing and dance as well, so cute.
Strategic location ro explore the shopping area.
Close to everything.
We got the with a very strong cigarette smell, very disturbing when entering the room.
Staff was very helpful when I requested for an early check-in (with some extra fees). Location was not bad but exit 7 will not be very useful if you have luggage with you. Mattress was comfortable. But wished there’s a second pillow as it was too low.
Don't know why the toilet smelly for all 4 days 😥 They should consider to better control the cleanliness...

TTIMAMARIPThe hotel was in a good location and clean. There was a sauna in the large public bath, so I was able to relax and unwind. My favorite part was the lounge in front of the large public bath. There were massage machines, hair irons, beauty devices, and many other things, so I was able to get ready smoothly in the morning.
GGuest UserThe price is a bit high.
Health is very good, facilities and equipment are very safe.
The boss is very young and very enthusiastic. I asked where I can have dinner. The boss was afraid that I could not find it. He took me there personally. When I left, I would send candy and blessings. Very good stay experience.
GGuest UserHotel looks very new, clean and fuss free. It is compact but not too small. Toilet even has a bathtub, toilet bowl seats are warmed which is amazing. Bed has good firmness, had a really good night sleep.
The location is awesome, near to Dotonbori yet quiet at night for sleep.
Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe hotel was accesie in Dotonbori just a few steps away, even the famous Don Quijote and others, the room is excellent for me, will book again when I visited Osaka in Nov
JJiawei96The hotel is located at a very convenient location and while it’s nothing super fancy, all the basic amenities were available and I thought it was quite worth it considering the price.
I also want to give a special shout out to the female receptionist at the front desk for being so helpful to me! TLDR: My luggage got damaged while it was being delivered to the hotel, and she went beyond the mile to help me contact the delivery company and follow up on my case for me at my request. Only managed to receive the compensation money in time before checking out thanks to her help, so a big kudos to her! ♥️ Service is definitely on point.
GGuest UserThe hotel's official website is under construction and there is no official email, so I had to make an international phone call to confirm the reservation, but my worries were for naught, and the service and room were better than expected. My mother, who went with me, was very happy that she could open both suitcases and that the space was spacious. I knew in advance that the bathroom would be small, but it was big enough for a woman between 165-170cm tall. Except for the musty smell coming from the curtains, I was really, really satisfied with everything!
GGuest UserThe hygiene in the room really needs to be improved. There is a lot of dust on the bedside. In general, the hygiene is not particularly bad, but there are many things that can be more detailed! The dust on the bedside and the window is very thick. There is a box for small samples on the hotel washbasin, which is also very dusty. Other aspects are very good, the location is good, the hotel provides a lot of small samples, from shampoo and shower gel to rubber band shower balls. There is nothing they don't provide. The bathroom also has sanitary napkins, which is really considerate. The hotel has a special smoking room, and there are many free drinks in the lobby on the first floor. The curry provided from 7 am to 5 pm every day is also very delicious! The roasted sweet potatoes are also very good! If nothing unexpected happens, I will stay here next time.
GGuest UserThe location was good as it was 10 minutes away from Dotonbori.
Breakfast is also served in a neat manner and is satisfactory.
However, I used a twin room, and the room was so small that I couldn't open my suitcase.
AAnonymous UserAfter staying here twice, this has become my go-to place in Osaka! It’s a clean and quiet budget option conveniently close to the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping area. The staff are incredibly nice and kind, and the cleaning ladies are some of the friendliest and most genuine people I’ve ever met during my travels.
For anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place near the heart of the city, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back here every time I visit Osaka.
HHoiyu The hotel is not particularly clean. There are many different stains on the carpet.
The room is relatively small and can only be opened to one cupboard
It is more comfortable to take a shower and separate it from the toilet.
The location is good, with Shinsaibashi Station in front and Yotsubashi Station behind.
It's relatively convenient
