GGuest UserThis is a very clean nice capsule hotel. They provide everything you need for a good stay in Osaka. Pods are some of the biggest I have seen in capsule hotels. They even have a mini Onsen in the shower area and provide all toiletries needed. Location is a little away from the main area Dotonbori area but certainly walkable to it so overall location is fine, just the immediate area around it is very quiet. The only thing I felt was missing from this was any social element, your not likely to meet any other travelers here which may be a good or bad thing depending on what you desire. Overall fantastic value for a capsule hotel.

CChrissy_Gogg90Me and my two friends arrived here and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were too early for check in but they kindly let us leave our luggage in a safe place while we go out and explore the city! When we came back we were given our keys and free towels. The room we are staying in is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean. Really nice foot bath outside that you can enjoy after walking round all day. The hostel has a traditional Japanese style which is a lovely touch! Would recommend to stay here.

GGuest User난바에서 도보로 6분정도 걸리고 전부 평지라 기내용 캐리어 끌고갔는데 걸을만했습니다. 체크인 체크아웃 모두 빠르게 도와주셨고 직원분들 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 굉장히 깔끔합니다. 여성전용룸과 여성전용 휴게실 모두 키가 있어야 출입이 되는 구조라 안전하다고 느꼈고, 방도 캡슐치곤 큰 편이라 좋았네요. 여성 사우나가 없고 샤워실만 있어서 아쉽긴 했는데 잠만 잘 용도였어서 딱히 상관은 없었습니다. 그리고 소음같은 경우는 제가 소음에 크게 예민하지 않아서인지, 아니면 당일 묵었던 투숙객들 매너가 좋았던건지 시끄럽다고는 느끼지 못했습니다. 난바역과 굉장히 가깝다는 점, 숙소 컨디션 생각하면 가성비 굉장히 좋은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

GGuest UserMe and my friend stayed here in April for 2 nights whilst in Osaka. It is a bit far from the main dotonburi canals and shopping etc but probably about 25 minutes walk ish. The hotel itself was lovely very clean very modern the bunk beds was comfy I actually slept unlike in other places I stayed in japan. We did make a mistake on our booking and booked for men’s which woops so they changed it to the women’s thankfully , you get free coffee juice and toast in the morning but we didn’t really use it much, I was so impressed by the design the facilities the shower the toiletries the washrooms etc it looked much more expensive that it actually was. I think we got s bargain for this place for 2 nights and it looked like it would have cost us a lot by the interior and exterior. Overall I really enjoyed it here and I would defo stay here again given I would be back in Osaka

GGuest UserIt is suitable for people who dare not sleep in a strange place and do not want to rest. The place is too small. It is like the configuration of the K book center. There is a rest area chat area. The dining area is the dining area. The bath is in the large bathhouse. There are many brands to choose from. The hair dryer is Panasonic. There are also sassoon curlers. There is a straight hair dryer to blow the hair completely. There is no problem in the room. You can't talk to the phone. You have to use headphones to watch TV. In addition to the outside sound, it is basically very quiet. The width of the room is similar to the width of the general Japanese room. It is no problem to open the large luggage. You have to swipe the card. The entrance and exit of the girl are separated. The door is a sliding door. Although it cannot be locked, the magnetic buckle is quite tight. There is a lockable drawer under the bed. You can put valuables. The lighting in the room is sufficient. There is a small humidifier. It is a bit noisy. There will be a sound like boiling water. Comfortable, in addition to the noise of coming back in the middle of the night, there is also the sound of leaving early in the morning. It is recommended to wear earplugs when sleeping. Add LINE to change to free breakfast.

YYoBsdThe hotel and the room itself were very enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, modern and very cosy. The staff was nice and helpful, and the location was and other very good point (close to the subway and at walkable distance from points of interest of the city). We would definitely come back.

MMaru ShamovaVery nice room with panoramic windows. Friendly and pleasant staff. But there was only one toilet on the floor, although the room had a shower. There was nowhere to wash your face and brush your teeth. On the 10th floor there should have been a pompously named Sky lounge, but there were just tables with a microwave and a refrigerator.

DDeeaniGI've stayed at hostels before, and had a great experience till now. It's a shame to say I cancelled my stay at this hostel. Unfortunately, it fell below expectations and did not match the excellent reviews I saw online. We booked a non-smoking room, only for us to smell the smoke lingering in the room from the other guests. My father and mother, both very sensitive to the smell, had trouble sleeping and continually coughed throughout the night. And even though the hotel acknowledged this issue, they did nothing to solve it. Additionally, the room smelled like damp sweat. Even though we were supposed to be given a ”private” room, we only had a little partition separating us from the rest of the dormitory, making us feeling ill at ease when they admitted in their signs of common cases of theft in the hostel. Furthermore, their laundry facilities were absolutely terrible. We tried using the washing/drying machines, but after attempting 4 cycles of drying, the clothes were nearly as wet as when they went in. A staff member acknowledged this as an issue that needed to be fixed when I approached him, but was reluctant to do anything beyond saying he should propose for it to be put out of service so it could be fixed. We left two days in of our four night stay because the conditions grew to be unbearable. I left as soon as my family and I could find another place to stay. The staff apologized but did nothing about our negative experience. I would absolutely never recommend this hostel. There are far better places to stay in Osaka for a better price, better comfort, and better service.

GGuest UserThis is an hotel located very close to all the anime related stores in Nihonbashi Osaka (6min walk from Animate store Osaka). The hotel is comfy and clean with friendly staffs. Floor 3 is the lounge where I spent a lot of free time (on phone calls/watching videos/ drawing/ eating/ work...etc.) The space makes you feel welcomed, and most of the seats have a electric port for you to plug in your chargers. On the day I checked out (11:00am), I asked the staff if I could stay in the lounge even after check out and they said it's completely ok. My night bus on that day was at 22:30 hence I had a lot of time on hand, so I spent a few hours in that lounge, thank you so much to the friendly staffs😊 I've already recommended to friends to visit here, and if I travel to Osaka again I would definitely want to stay here again💯

Ssmallsmallshark102The hotel is conveniently located, only 2 minutes walk from Nanhai Xinjingong Station, and it is very convenient to return to and from Kansai Airport. The hotel is cheap, but it still enjoys a separate room. Although the room is small, there is still a little space to open the suitcase completely. The room is also clean, the bed is a little smaller, comfortable, and slippers and towels are provided. Although the toilet is shared, the cleanliness is good. The hotel has a large bathing area to experience Japanese bathing. Overall, low cost accommodation, but feel good, if you don't mind sharing bathrooms and bathrooms, it is worth recommending.
