Solare Properties in Osaka

I love everything in this hotel. It have free bicycle. Close with station overall 10/10 gonna come to Osaka again. And book the same HOTEL. it affordable with private bathroom! I love the shampoo, conditioner i love my pijamas I LOVE EVERYTHING! AARRGHH

We are family of 4 with children btw 7 to 10 years old, spent 5 nights here. I'd say it is rare room in Japan for its spacious room size. The breakfast is not buffet style but to choose from the fixed menu of few choices, tastes are good but if too many days here eating the same will feel abit bored. Nearby has few convenient shops, but not much restaurant if with kids as they serve liquors.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only about 100-200 meters from Exit 5 of Honmachi Station. There's a huge Starbucks right outside the station, and a Lawson convenience store next door to the hotel, which is super convenient. The hotel itself is also very nice, new, and clean, offering great value for money. Among budget hotels, this one is a sure bet – I'd prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Osaka. Honmachi Station is on the Midosuji Line, just two stops from Umeda, Osaka, and Namba, and one stop from Shinsaibashi, making its location highly cost-effective. Of course, there are some downsides: 1. It's small (Japanese hotels are generally small, but this one is particularly so). 2. Poor soundproofing (thin walls). 3. Only three elevators for a high-rise building (can mean long waits during peak times). However, the price is also very attractive, so it really depends on what's most important to you.

Its very convenient and a short walking distance to the shin osaka station. Bonus for the daily soba for the guest and relaxing hot bath which could be packed during peak hours. Very clean and small room ( but its japanese standard) value for money.
