Kamon Hotel Namba Reviews

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff that speaks English. Room is small, as expecte, but had everything we needed, beds were comfy and toilet impeccably clean. We added breakfast for one day, it was just ok. You can choose from Japanese or Western style. The Western one (not pictured) was little, regarding portions, for our 13 yo son.

Very convenient location right in the heart of Namba. Walking distance from great locations like Dontoburi, Glico man and Kuromon Ichiba market. The front desk is also very helpful with a restaurant bar open till late downstairs.

The facilities and amenities are incomplete. The location is good, near from dotonburi but the room is too small.

Small hotel but trip.com offer the best price when book early as compared to agoda/booking.com

Location is good. Within 5 mins walk to train station. Near alots of eateries and shopping area. The room is very small, no place to put 2 luggages. The aircon is not cool enough. Nice bento breakfast.

Room was small but cozy with a living area with TV. Mattresses were a bit thin and hard. Nice with 2 bunk beds.

The room is nice, relatively small, barely enough for two suitcases, fairly clean, very cost-effective for this location. Facilities: complete (no front desk phone) Hygiene: OK Environment: quite good

The room was generally clean, but a little small. There were stains on the quilt that were not completely washed off, and there was a lot of lint in the hair dryer that was not cleaned up (I checked the method online and cleaned it myself). Towels and garbage were placed at the door of the room every day and replaced every day. The front desk was quite nice. But I didn't expect that the luggage storage was placed in a public space, and the sign said that the hotel would not be responsible for loss or damage.

The room is quite small, and two suitcases can only be placed at the door, which is very crowded and inconvenient to walk. The entrance is quite hidden, and I couldn't find the door at first. It was the service guy at the hotel at the door who showed us which door to enter the hotel. The front desk spoke good English and was able to communicate. The hotel price was moderate, which is considered cheap in Japan.

It's a small but very cute hotel. The room is compact, maybe a little narrow, but for a bag no larger than 26 inches, it can fit. The staff is smiling and cute and can communicate in English well. In the picture, I forgot to book another day. The staff helped to pack my things neatly and put them in a box and called to inform me twice. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist had a friendly face. And spoke politely that there might be a fine in this case. We accepted and accepted it because it was our mistake. Haha. But if we go to Namba again, we promise to go back for sure. The facilities are complete. Except for drinking water, there is no drinking water in the room like in Thailand. You may have to stock up on water yourself if you are not comfortable drinking tap water like us. Finally, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
