ESLEAD HOTEL Namba South II Reviews

My family and I had a really really great stay at the Hotel. The room was big, clean and most importantly it have all the amenities that we needed. Washing machine that was complete with detergent was provided, stove with all the cooking ware as well as utensils were also provided. Really impressed with the hotel. location was also really great as it is just walking distance to the train station, Ebisucho. My children really wnjiy their stay. Only one downside of the hotel was the room wasn’t really sound proof. So we were worried and cautious everytime if we were to loud and would disturb others. In all, such a great hotel to be staying in.

This is a pure digital check in/check out hotel so apart for the occasional cleaning staff we didn't see any staff around. There is another hotel across the street (Eslead Namba South III) and this one seems to be manned so if you need anything you can always go there. The room is more like a mini apartment as it had a pantry with fridge and washing machine. It is superbly located in walking distance from Shensakai area and a little bit further, Denden town. Dontomburi and Namba Parks are also not too far if you don't mind to walk a little bit further. You can always get the subway which is fairly inexpensive Subway is 3 minutes walking. Room is spacious and with a balcony. We stayed 4 nights and it was a good choice.

Location is great,easy to find. Near many attractions place such as Kumono market,Tsutenkatu and many more.Homestay is comfy and easy check in and check out.Have washing machine also have provide detergent. Sure will stay again for next trip in Osaka

Best location and well taken cared of hotel. Easy check in and check out with timely support for any enquiries. Great amenities with washing machine and free detergents and other toiletries. Provides extra towels and clearing of rubbish upon request. Made our Japan trip all worthwhile. Keep it up Eslead team!

A bit far from namba , but facilities are excellent

The location is great, only few minutes walk to Ebisucho train station. The hotal surrounded by many convenience store, supermarket and restaurants. And it is very close to Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai Market. The room is very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is great !

Good locations & value for money

This is the cleanest and most satisfying homestay I have ever stayed in. It has complete facilities and contactless service. The experience is very good and the service is perfect. It is very close to Exit 4 of Ebisucho Subway Station. It feels less than 100 meters away. There is a ramen restaurant and a set meal restaurant just outside the subway station. They are both very delicious and the price is very reasonable, about 50 per person. It is also very close to Tsutenkaku. There are also Shinsekai Market and Don Quijote Shinsekai nearby. This Don Quijote is much cheaper than the one in Shinsaibashi. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Osaka in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a guesthouse that caters to foreigners. It is close to Tsutenkaku Shopping Street, so it has a sense of the Airin area. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. 1. The grease on the electric stove was not wiped off. 2. I don't know if it is a quality problem with the floor. There are heavy scratches and it seems that it is black without washing. 3. The toilet bowl is not cleaned and disinfected. It is so irresponsible. The pillow is comfortable. The drying function in the bathroom is good.
