Nice location and walk from namba station around 700 m. We can walk around there and find many interesting. O can walk to the cafe that i want to go

Last time I stayed I gave it a very good review. It was based mainly on the location and service from the front office. However, this time I was greatly disappointed that for the 3 days I stayed there was no cleaning, no throwing away of garbage or change of towels. The bath tub was dirty! I first noticed some color on the side and rubbed my hands against it to find dirt. Check in time at 3.00 and check out time at 10.00! This reflects serious problem with housekeeping and management! However, beside a couple of staff not understanding English the others very helpful! I must wish to thank them for their help!

The hotel is a little far away from Namba station. The room is very small, but still able to have luggage rack and desk for make up. There is free coffee in the lobby, which is good. Also coin laundry.

Travellers need to know the Sustainable policy of the hotel and be prepared. No clean up of rooms until day 8 if stay is longer than that. Tooth brush and paste provision at JPY150. Clear used towels and trash from room to external of room and collect new towels from front desk.

The location is very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from Nankai Namba Station. The room is very small and the facilities are old, but it does not affect the use. The hotel is right on the street, so you can always hear motorcycles blasting on the street at night.
