Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi Reviews

Very convenient location with friendly staff. The room is spacious, and the humidifier was a lifesaver! My only feedback would be about the breakfast. If you’re staying for more than two days, I’d recommend skipping it, as the menu doesn’t change much and can get repetitive.

5/5. I will book this again when I come to Japan. the room is clean and there is a washing machine in the room. which we like it as it can wash rinse, spin, and dry. it is 2 stations away, but the location to Food Street is good.

Small but cozy, very comfortable, organised and clean. The location is perfect, near metro station, in a nice area well connected with main train station.

First tome at this hotel and it was good. Very spacious for 3 ppls. Clean but the daily cleaning is only taking away rubbish and changing towels which think isn’t enough as used all tissues but didn’t replace and had to go to get myself. Gym was ok wasn’t the best but clean. But the location is great and near to places.

Good location, near subways. Satisfied with the cleanliness, even though there isn't housekeeping. For a few days I think it's okay.

The room is quite comfortable, bathroom is big. Room is equipped with washing machine and microwave which it’s quite handy. Free amenities besides receptionist desk I stayed 4 nights, No room cleaning and bedding unless you request it at reception desk. But can request for changing towel everyday. Breakfast options are more to western style. Not much choices but still is delicious

Nice stay, not so squeeze, overall happy with the stay. But quite a distance of walk from shinsaibushi.

The best hotel so far that we stayed in during our Osaka trip. Room was clean amenities was great. Very near to metro and check in was smooth too!! Only dwnside is japanese hotels only provide 1 pillow each and its really small. Hahaah. But other then that it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again when we visit osaka again.

The best thing about Tokyu Stay was its location right next to the metro and also its en suite washing machine. The hotel doesn’t clean your room daily if you book it for 7 days or more. So for my 10 day trip, they only cleaned it once, which wasn’t great. The rest of the days only had changes in towels.  Also the housekeeping was not very attentive. I had 3 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels (I had an infant with me). And every day when replacing the towels they only gave me two, for 10 days straight even when I asked housekeeping for an additional towel every single day. This lack of initiative isn’t great either.  Overall, it is cheap for its location and also for its amenities (the washing machine). Besides that, the service and housekeeping isn’t top class but given the price, nothing much to complain.

Overall stay was clean and comfortable in my personal opinion. Only a 10 to max 20 minutes walk to the attractions. Local stores. Most likely to come again if I’m solo travel 😁

This hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy access to train station and many shops. The room is good sized and four beds set up for us. It's spacious to some extent and a little bit crowded for 4 person family. The services were great and the food was very good.

Nice hotel, especially the laundry machine, which is in the room and very quiet. Convenient location. Breakfast is okay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location is convenient, being close to the Shinsaibashi and subway station, which is a plus. However, the service and cleanliness were disappointing. I booked two rooms with own washing machine, but one of them had a clogged toilet. I reported the issue to the staff in the morning, but despite assurances that it would be addressed, nothing was done by the time I returned in the evening. When I requested to change rooms, I was told there were no available rooms, and the staff seemed indifferent to my situation. Eventually, I had no choice but to switch rooms, and there was not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of proper service and cleanliness made my stay less enjoyable.
