Perfect location with friendly staff. Rooms are small, but totally fine for spending a few nights. Recommended!

I didn't like my stay. First of all, check-in time is 16.00 and check-out is at 10.00 which is already a rip-off. Then, WiFi is like it's 2010: 2-3 megabits only for download. You can't even watch a video. Housekeeping/room cleaning is done just once every 4 (!!) days! It's pretty visible that this hotel tries to save on everything. For me, as a customer, it hurts. I don't recommend this hotel.

The room has a mildly unpleasant odor. But the staff kept refreshing spray in the rooms so that helped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

5-6 minutes walk from tenjimbashisuji 6-chrome station. really enjoyed the service and hearty breakfast that was provided in the morning. Wifi is provided on the tv screen after turning on and it’s a comfortable cooling place to rest at night. Only downside is the wifi is quite slow so do keep in mind if you have to do work

It is a "Toyoko" hotel that exceeds expectations. The room is "well-designed" and the breakfast is top-notch among Toyoko hotels! The only drawback is that there are too many "self-service" items, especially when checking in, there is no place to sit, which is "a bit tiring".

The hotel is in a good location, close to the subway station and has a direct elevator for taking large luggage. There are seats in the lobby on the first floor. The buffet breakfast is rich and the rice balls are fresh. The self-service machine is convenient for check-in and check-out. Convenient transportation to the airport.

This stay was really great! You can use self-service check-in, with simplified Chinese options, so you don't have to worry about language barriers. The room includes breakfast, coffee, and bread. There are FamilyMart, 7-11 convenience stores, and Matsumoto Kiyoshi drugstore near the hotel. Shopping and dining are convenient. There is a subway station at the intersection, so it is very convenient to go anywhere, especially to Kansai Airport, where you only need to transfer once.

The room is well-equipped, bright and very quiet. The key is that there is free breakfast in the morning, which is not very varied but relatively balanced. It takes less than five minutes to walk from the subway entrance to the hotel.
