I like the solo capsule concept however the door does not reach the ceiling so you hear everything from the hallway and nearby capsules. Just like a regular capsule hotel. The main drawback was the lack of soap provided in the public wash bins. Over several days there was none provided. Also the lockers and hot tub in the men’s public bath weren’t working during my stay. You also need to exchange your key downstairs to receive a locker key. Also the WiFi was poor. Frequently disconnected and was slow. I feel like it was better before. Overall it’s an OK stay. I prefer the solo rooms on a different floor of this hotel.

For the price, can’t complain too much, hotel is in a good location, although my room’s door weirdly didn’t go all the way to the top meaning you could hear the noise from the corridor

Food is good especially local izakaya across the main road, the hotel is unclean as old building refurbished. The top floor has a basic spa facility so not Spa World standard but functional. Behind hotel, there is Omo7 has a wonderful garden to watch trains go by with delight!

This hotel boasts a great location, but unfortunately, cleanliness could be improved, and the internet connection tends to drop frequently.

I understand why these places don't invest a bit more to be good. The hotel was full, so the money certainly is missing. The good bits: it's nice to have your own room, the location is very well connected, the staff tried their best to be helpful, toilets generally clean and nice spa on the top floor. The bad bits: the mattress and pillow are so thin they are almost useless. Apparently "only some beds have new mattress", and they didn't have any to spare. I was given extra towels and blankets (to put under the mattress) and this helped. My room was right next to the railway tracks, but this wasn't much of an issue. What was a problem was a deep strong vibration going on and off all the time. I think this might be a very old heating system. Wall paper peeling away and generally shabby run down look. Please invest some money in comfortable bedding and good facilities, it's such a shame, it could be a very good place.

Overall is ok! If you want to save some money it is a good option, the room was a little bit smaller than I imagined but we could fit perfectly. If you want to buy or you bring big luggage I recommend you to find a more spacious room.

Awesome value. You get your own private room and private sleeping capsule. The bathroom and shower area is shared and on a different floor.

Very affordable price and strategic location which is near to public transport.

hotel was clean. but, the door of my room is opened:( so,I don’t recommend sensitve person.

seat look clean but still can smell man from a bed. toilet has running water sounds all thought the time which is bothering to sleep. also toilet smells ammoniac. entrance door always making sounds like someone trying to pulling. maybe when some other rooms opened door it making sounds??? not sure but feel unsafe enough.

Very close to Shin imamiya station just 100meter, it's very attractive me to stay in this hotel everytime I come to Osaka. Nearby also have family mart convenient store and coin lockers, it's very convenient place. The room is a kind of capsule but it's individual room, so you can enjoy your individual stay in own room, that's what I like.

It is nice place close to centre and next to train station. You have little room for yourself, easy to get from airport trains drop you next to the hotel, and you can walk to the most of the places.

This hostel-type accommodation isn’t a proper hotel, but it also depends on the floor you book. I stayed in a double bunk capsule style room with my mother on the 3rd floor (mostly men). Women-only on the 4th floor. Other floors have larger spaces that can accommodate a family/more than 3 people (sleeping on tatami mats/futon bedding). We booked our room during Golden Week holiday so there wasn’t a lot of options at the last minute. We needed a place close to the train station when we arrived from KIX Airport. I’ve stayed in the neighborhood before and was very convenient to troll around on the Osaka Loop train line. Laundry for ¥300/wash cycle is on the 2nd floor. (The dryer is ¥100/30 minutes… need to use at least ¥300 for clothes to be nearly dried.) One wash machine is ¥200/wash cycle as long as you have your own detergent. Again, every floor has a different layout. Is was a no-frills place. You can also store luggage in the lobby with attached locks for convenience. It seemed like it was a complimentary service. (Bathrooms were also on the main floor for basic use.) I doubt I will stay here again since the next door hotel (Hotel Sunplaza) is not much more expensive + you get way more convenience with the food prep station/complimentary beverage setup in the lobby.
