Great location for authentic Penang hawker food. Recommend the first char kway teow stall along New Lane.

Nice place! Easy to access. You can take bus from airport. (102) and there is food street nearby and not far from landmark place. Room is small but enough for solo traveller, and tidy and clean.

All are great.....my only complaint is only the hairdryer which cant work.

Ample sapce with convenience/ functional life style surrounding can easily satisfied your visiting, dining and leisure activities. Especially for the fantastic reception staff service attitude, while I had my flight arrival in the very early morning and at hotel at 10:00am, the friendly receptionist provided early check in for me rest....its very kind to the client's need...will have it in my next trip

The room and bathroom very clean,cozy and no smell. 2 king bed so comfortable Parking in front hotel easy in and out.Front service professional and very nice. This hotel nice surroundings eatery shop and shopping mall.

Zoom Hotel is a new hotel, good facilities and location. easy to access everywhere, nearby a lot of food court and restaurant. will come again next time visit Penang.

Hotel may look a bit small from the outside but the room is very clean and new. A good location to explore Georgetown. Value for money and will stay again!
