Queen T&T Dalat Hotel Reviews

Location was walking distance from city centre BUT near a construction site that was working round the clock (so it was noisy even at night). Next to a major artery of Dalat city traffic so honking sounds are very common too - not good for light sleepers like me. Cleanliness and service quality was fantastic - staff were responsive to requests and room was generally very clean. Safe didn't work and there was no facial tissue paper provided (which was a small hassle).

The room is not soundproof. At night, there is loud talking and making noise. I can't sleep at all.

The door to the balcony did not close and had a gap, which allowed cold air into the room. The window in the bathroom also did not close, and the curtain was all moldy. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The food was different for every taste and in large quantities. The staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can go for a walk. Overall, a good hotel for its price. I am considering it as an option for my next vacation.

If is 1 night stay is ok.

The floor is dusty. Toilet shower area has no proper covering which wet the entire bathroom floor. Dirty carpet in the room. Location is too far from night market

There was a yellowish water leak on the bathroom and ceiling, and they left it there. I checked in after sleeping for 3 days, and they said that I had left a towel on the floor and that it was contaminated. They wanted me to pay 600,000 dong for 3 towels. I shouted at them and they said that it was wrong to ask for compensation because it was on the floor when it was not lost or contaminated. I protested loudly and asked them to call the manager, but after a long time they just told me to leave. This is truly an unbelievable hotel.

The location is ambiguous, so there are no tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel service is not very good, and the rooms are old and the ceilings are dirty.

A normal hotel to spend the night. This is the second time we stay there because of its convenient location.

The service staff of this hotel are good. There are many coffees and restaurants nearby where you can eat. It is located in the city center. It is only a 10-minute walk to the night market. It is very good.

The room is big, the breakfast is OK, with both pho and western food. It is a 5-minute drive from Dalat Night Market. You can ask at the motorcycle rental counter if you need to. There is a massage shop in the basement.

The hotel is comfortable, convenient location, close to the night market. The most important thing for Dalat is the presence of hot water in the shower and a warm blanket - that was it. I liked the stay at the hotel.
