Although the location is good, I will not stay here again. This place is cramped and with only 1 window. The place looked quite run down (different from the photos on website). Its not worth the price.

Very friendly owner, answer to all my enquiries. Great location surrounded with many malls . Beautiful room except tiolet too small and no provide towel for shower. Only provide disposal towel which need to pay for it.

Great location sitting on top of a subway station. Close to two area major shopping malls and lots restaurants around as well. The check-in instruction is clear, the response is prompt and the service we received is great!

The bedding was very comfortable, the location was very strategic. The only thing that needs improvement is lack of bathing towels. Overall, nice place to stay in Guangzhou

Very easy to acesss this home stay. Self check in. Located near to Metro: Shipanqiao. Apartment is ok. Just need to take lift to 7th floor, then change to another lift to reach 20th floor. Tips :bring your own bath towel.

Conveniently located in Tianhe District and very close to the Shipaiqiao Metro Station Exit D. Downstairs at the metro station there’s a food court with lots of selections so no need to be confused about what to eat. Also close to Family Mart (convenience store) just a short walk. One thing to note that they only provide disposable towel (not a real towel) so if you’re not comfortable with it, then please bring your own towel. Also would be better if they provide a vacuum cleaner and microwave inside the room. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location and room is generally quite clean! However, the towels provided can be of bigger size. The check-in service can be clearer as well (eg. provide wechat information one day before check-in).

The location is perfect, very close to Shipaqiao subway station and Taikoo Hui Shopping mall. There are many good restaurants nearby, also great choice of 外卖. The room was spacious and clean. What I really didn't like is that they provide you with disposable towels, I didn't expect that.

It was a newly renovated apartment, so it looked brand. Overall it was a clean apartment other than slightly dusty and one big issue was with the pillows and blankets were old and smelly. But it was a superb location with metro station just by the apartment and several shopping malls nearby. The staff was friendly. I would come back if they update the sleeping situation as mentioned above.
