Very helpful staff uncomfortable room, the bed is not comfortable and the room is extremely small

Nice and convenient hotel in Osaka away from the heavy foot traffic near Dontonburi. I really loved the bed at this specific hotel. The shower and tub are amazing. Great price for a great room.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka. After entering the hotel, I was charged several hundred yen when checking in, and then I was given a room. After I went upstairs, although there was a window in the room, the window was so small that it could be ignored. Then when I was ready to go to bed, I found that there was hair all over the sheets, quilt covers and pillows. Then I went down to the front desk and asked the front desk to change my room, but the front desk did not change my room. Instead, they brought me other sheets and quilt covers to change to, and asked me to continue living in this room. The experience was particularly bad. I originally booked four nights, but I really couldn't stay there anymore, so I decisively changed hotels the next day. Stay away from them, my friends.

The room is super small. The boss is not polite. There are definitely better options for the same price. The location is not very friendly. You need to find the circular line at Dabian Station and take 8 stops and then get off and walk for 10 minutes. It is very troublesome. I will not go there again.

A very standard Japanese hotel, the room is very small but clean. It may be the autumn leaves season, the price of 1300 is a bit expensive. There is almost nothing within a 5-minute walk around the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tennoji subway station, which is quite busy. The transportation is quite convenient, and the price range of 400-600 is more suitable

The location is a bit far from the station, about a 13-minute walk, but the road is easy to walk and the location is quite quiet. The room is not big and can barely open 2 suitcases on the floor. The room is clean and tidy, and shampoo and soap are provided. Bath products and supplies are provided at the counter on the first floor, but mineral water is only available when you check in. If you need it, there are vending machines nearby. Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 o'clock, so I didn't add any extra. The service staff I met were very friendly. kind.
