This hotel offers complimentary breakfast for all guests. The room is small but well optimized. Complimentary toiletries are available at reception 24X7. They don't offer complimentary water bottles, need to buy from their vending machine. It's little far from osaka station.

I didn't get to stay in the hotel because I mistakenly booked the wrong date, by the time I realized it was too late and the website stated that there will be no refunds after payment, so I lost ¥5,500 very sad experience.

I originally wanted to stay in Kobe, but decided to extend my stay after the first night. The experience was so good that I bought a JR Pass, so I decided to come back and extend my stay. There were Chinese waiters at the front desk.
