It’s located at a quiet location away from the busy streets of Osaka. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. No problem in walking to Namba Train Station and near to the famous Don Donburi.

Unlike a hotel, I had to check in online by myself to get the passcodes to the lobby and my room. But I am totally fine with that, and am grateful to enjoy such a spacious place around the center of Osaka at an affordable price. Washing machine and drying function in the bathroom are incredible.

I like apartment hotels because they offer more space and amenities than regular hotels.

Overall experience is good. The hotel is near to Namba Station, a center for shopping malls including Takashimaya, Marui (or OIOI) and Namba City. The hotel is located at a quiet place but not too far away from the shopping centre as well as train station. Nearby there is a McDonald about 500m away which is good for breakfast.

Sadly there is no luggage storage place at all so it was a huge inconvenience 😕

My family and I had a brilliant stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Namba for 4 nights! The rooms were very clean, modern and the kitchenette was nicely equipped with what we needed to make our meals. The bathroom was great - it had a washing machine and dryer inside, and the shower pump was nice and powerful. The location is extremely convenient next to train stations and the Namba city shopping mall. Excellent spacious and tidy rooms. Quick, responsive, and helpful enquiry team. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a trip to Osaka!

Nice location and easier access to nearby business district. Good for family stay as the room came with 2 queens size bed.

Location : within walking distance to Osaka Station probably ard 7-10mins walk Amenities : Full amenities for an apartment Price : 100% worth it Negative : the sound insulation is bad, guest on top of me is stomping the around for one night consistently til 1am Japan timing

It was a wonderful holiday in Osaka. Apartment hotel11 Jo-inn Namba has a convenient location and complete facilities, which provides convenience for our accommodation and daily life. It located near to Namba Station / Namba Park; just 5 -8 min walking distance. Namba Station also direct connect with Kansai International Airport.

Overall it was a good experience
