Out dated and broken tiles in bathroom no service for stay and had to get clean towels to the room by going downstairs disappointed

The customer service is top notch!!!! Chris will drive you to the pool since it is down the hill!! We asked for a lakeside room after we got there not one complaint about the extra work it caused!!

This hotel is extremely outdated and ran Down. The staff was all very kind but the amount of u cleanliness is just a shame. First got a room that had a plastic window on it with black duck tape. Asked to be moved and got another room that had mouse poop on the pull out sofa so dirty and just below any standard anyone should have the pool and hot tub was not maintained at all no chemical levels where tested and everyone and then you got a bad sewer smell while swimming. Never again!!!

This is a large property, the largest we’ve stayed at this trip. It’s situated along one arm of Lake of the Ozarks. The lobby is on the fourth floor. We enter directly from the parking lot. The land slopes sharply downward toward the Lake. We’re staying on the third floor. A floor below the lobby. Different. Our room overlooks an inlet of the Lake. We can see across the Lake, but not too many lights at night. An interesting view. The room is typical of a chain hotel – king bed, one bed table, credenza with TV, mini-fridge and microwave, a sofa with sofa table, a writing desk and chair. A nice rather generic room. Comfortable clean and well maintained. It has a balcony overlooking the Lake. A nice touch.

Best part of the stay was Jen at the front desk, she is so kind and helpful also Chris is so pleasant and always smile and a nice word.I’m sure when this was built in 1985 this place was an upscale premier place but those days are long gone and every aspect of this place needs upgrading from top to bottom inside and out. The best part of the place is the lake view .

The staff was amazing, the property was excellent. The only complain I have is that the gym equipment needs repair, in our case most of the equipment was not working.

Liked that it was right on the water. We felt that it oversold itself on the internet. We had toilet problems our entire stay. Sauna is not working, outside Tiki bar was never open. Balcony sliding door almost locked us outside.

Checking in was great. The building is very old and needs updating. The tub in bathroom was not clean.
