Elevators have been down since 2024 - yet they will tell you they should be fixed at least a week before.(fill in date of your arrival). They have been telling everyone this since they stopped working. I call it corporate fraud, but I’m sure the lawyers have some slimy language to protect themselves. Property was ok otherwise. Not the best- not the worst.

My wife and I booked this Worldmark for a lake getaway. The condo was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the week and it had a nice view of the lake as well. The resort feels secluded, but is only a few minutes drive to get to restaurants and shopping. The check in/out process was very smooth and the resort grounds & pool were well maintained. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great property! Your balcony view is directly on the water. This property offers a dock unused just for guests. I would bring your own raft or float to enjoy the water. The pools and hot tube area are nice, and offer grills for cooking in the pool area and another location.
Check in was great except our room wasn’t ready until 5, the check in time was 4, however they made accommodations to us to offset the delay. It’s close to many fun things to do at the Lake of the Ozarks!! We will be back and will stay here again.

My family and I went to the resort and had a very relaxing time. The unit was clean, well kept, and nicely arranged for a family of 4. The check in was very quick and went smoothly. They were also very accommodating of a few requests we had prior to check in.

2 of 3 elevators are out of order the last 2 weeks. Parking and construction yard caters to elevator contractors. I am videoing older disabled people “crawling” up one flight of stairs after walking blocks from their vehicles. No staff is offering help. This is a timeshare that caters (but not today) to older adults. It’s very difficult to watch construction staff being honored over owners and guests paying to stay here.

We were able to check in early, the unit was very nice, well equipped. The view from balcony was what made this place. The elevators were down and this place has a lot of steps. I would not recommend this place to any one with any health issues. Also we have never been to any resort that charges for WI-FI.

Overall the resort was very nice, We arrived in the area earlier than expected. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating, calling us when the room was ready, one hour before normal check in. They also were very helpful in explaining the area and answering any questions we had about the resort or area. We had a two bedroom unit that was plenty large for our needs. Much of the furniture has been updated and the entire condo unit was very clean. There is much to do around the area and transportation is a must. Two exceptional resturants we found were Half Sauced, for BBQ and Stewarts, in downwown Bagnall Dam; especially breakfast. Outstanding parks in the area include Lake of the Ozarks state park and Ha Ha Tonka state park.

It’s 2025 the internet should be free at hotels!
Great place would stay again. That being said the internet should be free! Or included.
Everything else is first rate but the main thing you’re gonna be missing at this place is Internet or you can pay $10 a day for it. Wow.
