Le foto presentate sul sito sono ingannevoli! Io ho trovato una piscina sporca, disordine ovunque, materassini x sdraie piscina inguardabili. La colazione presentata nelle foto è un sogno?!?! . Eravamo 17 ospiti e io ho contato 6Yogourt, 8 brioche , pochissimo affettato, e frutta inesistente. E questa sarebbe la super colazione? Il personale addetto ultraottantenne che sostituiva i titolari, che erano in ferie, vista l'avanzata età non idoneo alla conduzione della struttura. Unica nota positiva: Camera pulita e posizione

Our party of 7 had a one night stay scheduled for this property. We were looking forward to our stay here as the property looks beautiful! Unfortunately our plane was delayed for 28 hours so we had to cancel our stay. We asked for a whole or partial refund due to the flight issues and the property refused even though the third party we booked through also asked for a refund for us. We then asked the property if they would give us a credit for a future stay and again they refused. So disappointing!

Siamo stati ospite del Podere fuori stagione (a febbraio 2025) e per questo quella notte eravamo gli unici ospiti in struttura. Nonostante ciò la colazione è stata davvero ricca e variegata, con molti prodotti locali/fatti in casa. La camera era molto semplice ma pulitissima. Il tappeto qualità/prezzo è molto alto. Location veramente consigliata :).

struttura splendida e accoglienza famigliare ..ottima posizione anche se poi il soggiorno era solo un pernottamento ..camere ben arredate e bagno sicuramente ampio e funzionale ..ottima la colazione e il servizio , possibilità anche di parcheggio interno molto comodo .. molto positivo il riscontro mio personale Grazie

We visited in May and stayed in the two apartments. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. It’s a great place to sit out and read a book, have wine with friends and enjoy the views, swim… We’re trying to find an opportunity to return and do a mix of vacation and WFH so we can stay longer. Francesca is a great host, knows Orvieto well and works really hard to make sure you have a great experience. She helped us with transportation for winery tours, restaurant and tour recommendations, when we wanted to relax outdoors with some Prosecco and fruit she made an amazing platter for us. She has a driver she works with that can take you into town, wine tasting… and you can message him when you need a ride back. The breakfasts are really good, I think most of the food is from their farm. It is a short walk into town and the views are beautiful, but it is pretty steep. I’m 62 and it was about a 15 minute walk. I’d usually walk into town most days but my wife and our friend we travelled with would usually take a ride in. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get a ride into town from the driver she works with.
