Situated right outside the city walls, 350m away from the city gate, perfect place to rest for the night before exploring Orvieto. The hotel overlooks the green pastures and vineyards in the valley, and service is great.

Posizione eccellente con vista sulle colline umbre ... Ci ero andata l' anno scorso e quest' anno ci sono ritornata ... Colazione in giardino con varietà di cibo sia dolce che salato ... Cortesia e gentilezza da parte delle signore che lo gestiscono e che forniscono anche indicazioni sui locali dove andare a cena la sera ... Ottima pulizia ... Materassi comodi così come i cuscini ... Lovely B&B with great views
A lovely property with majestic views just outside Orvieto. Rosanna was a great host. The breakfast was good. The one thing you do need to be aware of is that the walk into the town centre is very steep.

Beautiful property with great views of surrounding area of Orvieto. A hike up to the city, so be prepared to walk, as is all of Orvieto. Wonderful staff who prepare breakfast and espresso for the morning.
