Siamo clienti di questa splendida struttura . abbiamo un pezzo di cuore che ogni volta conferma la nostra scelta . proprio per il motivo di questa fedeltà , mi sono accorto di qualche piccolo abbassamento del livello d’attenzione che hanno sempre avuto fino a poco tempo fa . Il mio augurio , il mio semplice e modesto consiglio e’ quello di tenere sempre altissimo il concetto di raggiungimento di eccellenza. sicuramente molto complicato, qndo lo si è raggiunto , mantenerlo . bellissima esperienza come sempre e vorrei nn poter mai mettere un “ma” (!) . Soggiorno di 3 notti presso l'Adler Balance, tutto davvero perfetto. Junior Suite spaziosa ed impeccabile con una bellissima vista, trattamento di mezza pensione ad altissimi livelli, proposte di escursioni/attività giornaliere sempre varie e adatte a tutti i livelli, piscine, Spa e zona Relax.....indimenticabili. Tutto perfetto, speriamo di rivederci presto... Il Balance è adult only e propone un menù più ricercato del Dolomiti, mentre le piscine e la Spa sono in comune con l'altra struttura.

The hotel staff were extremely welcoming the moment we arrived! Helped us park the car and gave us a tour of the grounds immediately! The price you pay for what is included is INCREDIBLE. Unlimited use of the spa areas, gym, pools, etc. the hotel has access to so many activities and resources! breakfast was included and AMAZING every morning. We will be staying here again and trying out other Adler hotels!

I cannot imagine a better hotel. Beautiful views of the Dolomites right near the funicular. Clean, spacious, luxurious. Excellent service. Unbelievable assortment of pools, saunas, steam baths, rest areas. The food is excellent. Parking at hotel. If you desire a restful and fabulous environment, look no further

After 11 years still here. Compliments to the kitchen always at the top a special mention to the chef and Johnny Deep. At the service the historic Luca and Alessia always present with a smile and with an impeccable service. A special mention to Daniele new entry. At the reception Miriam, Barbara and the curly top always with a smile and ready to joke. Among other things this year Barbara was exemplary with a Senator. I love you all, hoping to see you again

Ho trascorso un bellissimo weekend all'insegna del relax presso questo hotel che è annesso al Resort Adler di ortisei. Gli aspetti positivi rispetto all Adler sono il ristorante, di qualità a mio avviso superlativa, e le stanze che sono delle suite con tutti i comfort. Si ha l'accesso al resort con tutte le piscine e le saune. Peccato che le saune e siano un po' troppo piccole Per la capienza degli ospiti.
