It was a perfect experience for us. Rooms are very clean and cozy. We had everything in the room that we needed. Stuff are so kind and professional. Pool is small so there is a reservation system for using and we loved that because it was a time in the pool only for us. Thanks for everything.

What a place! Very magical experience at our hotel greeted by Oğuzhan and Alyne! Took the time to ask us what we had planned and helped to book all our tours and experiences and made suggestions on local hidden gems. They also upgraded our room for free for my wife’s 30th birthday with a lovely touch of fresh fruit and towel swans on the bed. Such a special cave hotel with amazing views and thoughtful service, cannot rate this place any higher!

İkinci kez tercih ettim ve yine harika bir deneyim yaşadım. İlk konaklamamda aldığım mükemmel hizmet, sıcak atmosfer ve eşsiz manzara beni buraya tekrar getirdi. Odalar hem konforlu hem de otantik bir Kapadokya deneyimi sunuyor. Kahvaltısı yine çok lezzetliydi ve personelin ilgisi her zamanki gibi kusursuzdu. Kapadokya’ya gelen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim, kesinlikle tekrar gelmeye değer bir otel!

Başka bir otel tercih ederken yanlışlıkla satın aldığım otel 🙈 Vardır bunda da bir hayır deyip geldik iyi ki de gelmişiz. Manzarası, huzuru çok güzel. Odaları güzel ve tertemiz. Mutfağı kahvaltısı harika temiz ve düzenli. Çalışanları Güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Ama özellikle Oğuzhan Bey var ki bence her otel de kendisinden bir tane daha olmalı. İnsan nasıl samimi ve ilgili olurken bu kadar efendi kalabilir bunun bir örneği. Bu arada otel çok da romantik yalnız bile gelseniz aynısını hissedersiniz 👌

Unser Aufenthalt im Portal Cappadocia war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und bot eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt äußerst komfortabel machte.
Das Frühstück war ziemlich gewöhnlich, ohne besondere Highlights, aber das war kein großes Problem. Der einzige Nachteil war der Whirlpool in unserem Zimmer. Das Wasser hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch nach Schwefelwasserstoff, was den ansonsten positiven Eindruck etwas getrübt hat.
Trotzdem waren wir insgesamt zufrieden und könnten uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen.
