Очень красивый и фотогеничный отель, сервис на высшем уровне, красивые номера, тихое месторасположение с видом на достопримечательности, но вида на шары нет, могут залететь единичные, если знать об этом заранее как мы, 10/10. Мне был важен вид, поэтому вторую ночь мы бронировали в другом месте, и важен был красивый отель в первую. Вкуснейший завтрак, не шведский стол.
На машине 5 минут ехать до мест запуска Шаров.

房間的私隱性有點差，窗簾遮不住會漏一個大縫，工作人員很熱情，會主動幫忙拿行李，房間還行吧，就是浴室有點小，有次回房間院子裏有一衹大狗一直沖我們叫，給我們嚇壞了。

We had a wonderful time in this hotel and this town. The hotel is beautiful and original, we stayed in a cave room with a pool, memorable! The breakfast is magnificent, it’s like a buffet but at your table and just delicious. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Cappadocia is just unreal, out of a fairy tale. We have to come back one day. If you can, don’t rush Cappadocia, take a few days and definitely stay here in a cave room.

This cave hotel is a bit off the beaten track between Goreme and Urgup. But that was fine with us, as we found Goreme much too touristy. After hiking the trails, we found it convenient to take a dolmu to Urgup for a late lunch, then a short taxi ride back to the hotel. The rooms are well-designed and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing - enough to last you for the day! Great coffee and espresso drinks. The staff were friendly and knowledgable.

It was an absolutely amazing, peaceful, and spotless hotel,truly unique! The breakfast went far beyond my expectations, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I booked the smallest room but had all the amenities I needed. The only thing I missed was a tall mirror to check myself before heading out, but aside from that, everything was pure perfection. The view was mind-blowing. Highly recommended.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The service was impeccable. We sat on the deck overlooking the Ortahiser. The staff could not have been more attentive. We enjoyed every minute here. We would definitely return. We flew to Kayseri from Istanbul. We came to Ortahiser via rental car. The drive was about 1:20. The hotel is remotely located. A short walk ( about 3 minutes) is required to reach the hotel after parking.

The property is absolutely stunning and offers an incredible, authentic breakfast. There’s also plenty of accessible trails and hiking opportunities along with a short walk into the city center. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious and each area was very well thought-out, but the readily available staff is what truly made our experience unforgettable. The concierge provided plenty of options of things to do and helped us craft our itinerary and coordinated our excursions with nearby operators. 10/10 recommend and would love to stay here again!
