Room was spacious and clean though the bed was too firm for us. The dinners prepared and graciously served by Claudia were the highlight! She is a real asset. We enjoyed wandering around town and the proximity to Nuraghe Arrubiu. There is a handy store near the rooms for snacks.

I absolutely loved this place! I booked last minute, and so glad I did. The place is a proper authentic Sardinian experience, which everyone should try if you can. The hostess, Monica was very welcoming and super attentive. Monica and Augustino told us all about the history of the hotel and restaurant and the museum that is set inside. They were also very informative about the surrounding area and what it had to offer. The hotel itself is super clean and cozy; The food was stunning and all locally produced. I highly recommend! :)

We stayed one night here while on a cycling tour of Sardinia so the hotel was chosen for us by our tour company. We arrived hot and exhausted to a delightful welcome from Monica, our hostess, who we can’t praise highly enough. She did everything in her power to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Dinner and breakfast were included which made our stay good value. The dinner was excellent as was the service! We were served a set menu which suited us fine as it meant we tried dishes that we may otherwise not have ordered. It was a delicious 4 course, home cooked traditional Sardinian meal and huge. Breakfast was plentiful and served at anytime we needed (much appreciated as cyclists we often leave before set breakfast times to beat the heat). The only down side was the accommodation, which is a short 3 min walk away from the hotel dining facility & museum. Although clean and tidy it was very shabby around the edges and in urgent need of a freshen up. Beds were exceptionally hard.

Easter lunch booked for two. My son and I. Welcoming and kind girls. Very suggestive location. But here the applause ends. Fixed price menu. 40 euros per person really wasted. Poor appetizer of a few cured meats and a few small slices of pecorino and a pebble of olives in brine less than decent. Maccarronis de busa with cheeses practically cold, gnocchettini with porcini mushrooms that were little less than an overcooked mush. Two pebbles for the second courses (to be divided in two of course) one with a few pieces of veal with porcini mushrooms and another with equally few pieces of wild boar. To finish 4 pieces of suckling pig in total (to be divided in two of course), including a foot. Portions really very small in quantity. And my using the word little, really means little! Zero side dish (even though the dip was mentioned in the reservation) and zero fruit, at least useful to integrate the small quantity of food served. For dessert 4 mini mini pardule. A moka coffee and a mirto or filu de ferru of your choice. If I was enthusiastic when I first entered, when I left, I said never again. Not recommended

I was a guest with my cousin, during Easter and Psquetta. BAD STAY. Attracted by the photos of the structure, the reality is decidedly different. Dinner was decent but nothing exceptional (5 guests present). The breakfasts were terrible and poor: raw cakes, no fruit and salty products. The rooms are dilapidated and lacking in bathroom products; no TV and Wifi. NOT RECOMMENDED, the quality/price ratio is not there for a service that leaves much to be desired.
