Cleanliness: Most users reported clean rooms and bathrooms, though some noted exceptions .

1st Room 303 had broken latch on shared balcony and TV didn't work. 2nd room 315 bed comforter looked dirty and had a square cut out of it. On 3rd night 11:45 pm our entry door opened by key card by couple who had just checked in, front desk gave them the key card to our room. Luckily for all we were still up, putting a jigsaw puzzle together. Front desk clerk was either unable or unwilling to contact manager. We talked to manager 2 days later and she says she is refunding 1 night stay of our seven night stay.

As mentioned in my previous review... 1.) Pool was closed for no reason (It did not need to be cleaned, it was not broken, it was not closed for the season, I was told it will open again when the manager "feels" like it.) It should not be listed as an amenity if no access is being given to it. It was 93 degrees...how hot does int have to be to "feel" like giving your guests access to that they paid for?! 2.) The water STINKS!!!! The shower head needs to be badly cleaned. The water smells moldy coming out of the shower head but not the faucet. GROSS!!! This made my entire body itch. 3.) The balcony screen had such big holes in it we could not open the slider to all fresh air in. 4.) The AC was stuck on one temp...72 the whole time! The button was missing to adjust it 5.) The in room phone was broken. I even made sure it was plugged in. 6.) The carpets need to be desperately cleaned! My feet were BLACK after walking around the room for a couple hours. I had to wash them multiple times a day and before getting in bed. 7.) The guest above me must have been a family of elephants. Constant bed jumping, slamming and loud bangs through out the night until about 2AM, when I went to call the front desk this is when I found out the phone was broke. 8.) I had to tap the key at least 3 times tot make it work, every time. This was not an ideal stay. I paid for a pool and decided on this property to give my kiddo a chance to swim and relax while in the middle of an out f state move!
