The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room

Convenient and close to the funeral home ee attended.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and the service was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! They kept the facility spotless, and it was absolutely child friendly! Highly recommend anybody stay here with friends and family!

I loved the helpfulness of the staff. The location wasn't bad at all.

Super 8 saves the night After having a horrible experience super 8 came in and saved the day

A disaster To begin, the woman who checked me in was not welcoming especially after a long day of traveling. It was around midnight and she asked me if I had a lazy eye which was extremely out of pocket and unnecessary. I have never felt so mistreated by anyone in customer service. I truly hope that they take this as a learning experience because I let that slide and not everyone is as forgiving or considerate of how frustrating customer service can be. Upon arriving she said “we have no rooms available”, although I assured her we had a reservation. Shortly after checking in we noticed that there was a pad over the peep hole, used soap left in the shower, glass on the patio, black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, boogers on the wall, and boogers near the room door. It was incredibly disappointing to see that deciding on a cheaper room meant we were putting our health at risk due to the state of cleanliness of the room. We asked for more towels because it was a two night stay and we never received any. The building itself seemed like it had so much potential to be great as many of the rooms had balconies which is rare. The lady we checked out with was very lovely and I wish we would have checked in with her, I probably would have felt comfortable enough to express my concerns about our room. She was welcoming, friendly, and communicated effectively.
