Best Western Plus Universal Inn Reviews

The hotel is obsolete.., without modernization and with little comfort. The service was very poor at the front desk. I had already stayed at this hotel a few times…, but this time was the worst..! Standard American breakfast. The shower and the amenities in the room are bad as well. The mattress would need to be changed. The location is very good.., close to the Universal theme parks. I probably wouldn’t stay again..!

I left my phone charger in the room when checking out. The cleaning staff found it immediately and took it out for me when I was in the parking lot. I am so grateful about that.

Great location and price. Staff very friendly. Slept like a baby!

The front desk service is thoughtful, the room is clean and spacious, there are many restaurants around, it is very close to Universal, you can walk to Universal, other amusement parks are also relatively close, about ten minutes drive away, the price is moderate, thumbs up 👍

Nothing to report, just swarms in the room that was inside my pizza 🤷♂️
