All fine, except in advance I asked for a earlier check in than 3:00pm. Was hoping to get in for 2:00pm. I got told on arrival no rooms ready yet.
Seems funny that since check out time is 11:00am at the latest, no rooms would be ready until 3:00pm.
Besides everyone does not wait to 11:am to check out out. Others trying to check in also told same thing.
I even did advance check in day prior on line like they asked for.
I was told check back in at 2:30pm maybe a room would be ready.
Maybe hotel has magic room cleaners who clean all rooms at once just before 3.00pm.
Does seem they are lacking in service help or bad system.
May not go back in future.

房間很大，床非常舒服，裝修古典雅緻，早餐沒有蔬菜，但有炒蛋，而且麪包小甜點種類豐富。旁邊走路2分鐘左右就是超市，挺方便的。酒店價格實惠，總體非常值得推薦。衹是有的設施有點舊，特別是大門，寫着自動門，結果衹能手動推開，而且沉的要命

We have stayed several times, the prices are good and they are l located close to amenities including Beer store and supermarket. The breakfast is simple but with adequate choices. Our only real disappointment is that they have discontinued the shuttle.

Terrible experience. We were to stay there for 2 nights. We checked in, room was dirty, huge spider hanging from curtain, chair was very dirty, bathroom ceiling tiles were brown and looked like they were about to cave in. We were there 5 minutes, asked for our money back and they refused (finally gave us money back for the 2nd night). We went elsewhere. Despite calling twice to speak to the manager, we were told the only way to contact him was through email. Sent him an email, never heard back. Avoid!

Dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen, someone had actually used the bathroom before we got there! We had to have an early check in due to a wedding we had to get ready for so had no choice but to take this room. We only checked in 1 hour earlier than their regular check in time and they charged us $60 for that, but hadn't even cleaned the room. Very run down.
