The only choice for my business traveling. Nice and clean room. Location is always the only consideration. Easy access to great restaurants and convenient store. Hotel stuff super friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Fick först ett väldigt slitet famimjerum, såg ut som att det var någon som åkt skridskor på golvet.
Smutsigt i badrummet.
Fick byta till ett annat i en annan byggnad.

The hotel was under renovation, but that information was not shown when we booked.
There should have been a charging station for EV, there wasn’t even parking.
The pictures lie, everything was old and indeed in need of a renovation.
The spa was the only area that didn’t disappoint, beside the fact that the “pool” in pictures is a 20cm deep jacuzzi. And it was for an additional cost.
Expected something nicer for the high price we paid.

This is a lousy hotel from 1980's. There is nothing 'grand' or 'Elite stora' about this accomodation. Rooms have been renovated maybe 1980's or 1990's, inheriting an ancient layout. There is no AC and room temperature gets hot even during Swedish April. Room curtains are a bad joke, and the bright sunlight wakes you up before 6 AM, lighting up the room. As a cherry on a cake, there is loud shouting noise from terrace bars passing the ancient windows until very late. Breakfast was quite OK, 3,5/5. This hotel is however a total bummer. Avoid at any cost.

Fake advertising
The hotel advertises having a swimming pool open from 8-22 in addition to a spa, which is why we had chosen this hotel. Not true, there is no pool. We tried to contact the hotel, to no avail—deceptive and deplorable service.

Location and service 👍 Spa in the basement felt dark and claustrophobic, but maybe that's just me and if you go as a group it might feel different, but I was alone and scared, more than relaxed unfortunately. Rooms in the big building are good, now had a room in the spa-building next door and the whole building felt claustrophobic to me. I was scared of using the elevator since it was old. But again, others might find it cosy!

Professional staff that makes the hotel stay easy and welcoming. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast selections. The hotel has also an Italian restaurant and a pub that provides great dining options.

Me and my family stayed at hotel for 3 days and had a good experience with the support of employees. They helped us to heat up out babies food for lunch which is very helpful. Thanks!
