Had to change room the tv did not work nor did the phone. The facility was run down and dirty. The food was danish, generic fruit cocktail through it out . It was not even worth going down stairs for.

Really gross. Blood on the walls of the bathroom. Bugs under the bed. People up talking all night. Rug was sticky. Sheets looked clean but that was about it. Checked in around 930 PM and left early at 4 AM after getting nearly no sleep. Hotel appears to be used for some large group of peoples long term stay. Not sure what it is about but the hotel is really gross as a result and has overflowing trash and stuff even in the hallways. Additionally it is questionably unsafe as the entry doors in the back are taped over so they don't latch so anyone can get in the hotel.

Most horrible front desk clerk I've ever encountered check in was not smooth at all and the front desk clerk was very unprofessional

The experience was awful. The Google Review said $114 but the lady said it was $150 and that included tax. We get there and it’s $180. When we get there, there are police and EMTs and I have to get assurance from a police officer that it is safe to stay. He seemed hesitant to tell me that I should be good for just one night. The neighbors were extremely loud and the place smelled like cigarettes. The main light didn’t even come on and we had to turn on all the lamps. The AC hardly worked and it was just over all an awful experience. I genuinely hope that place goes out of business

Do not stay here! The breakfast is a joke. It does say minimal breakfast on the website, but if you’re gonna offer what you offered, don’t even bother offering it thank God there was a Denny’s right in front. The halls and stairways smelled of ****. There’s obviously an issue with water leaking as a lot of the ceiling tiles had water damage and there was an industrial fan in the main hallway so obviously the carpets probably were wet. I am allergic to mold so that’s not a good thing for me. When I went out the door, the first morning there were beer, cans outside the door. also, there was no microwave in the room. What kind of hotel doesn't at least supply a microwave?

The staff were very professional, respectful and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel could use some better clean up and retouching in many ways. My bed base was digging in making the bed uncomfortable
