I made the reservation five months in advance and having made a mistake with the dates I sent an email to the hotel, they never responded or read the email. I called through trip and they never responded. I had to pay for an extra evening and when I told them about it they denied it and then verified that they had received the email at the same time as the reservation. Sorry but in the hotel the swimming pool was closed, at breakfast there was not a teaspoon or anything to stir the coffee while continuing, unseasoned salads because if you asked for oil and vinegar they said they didn't have any for the whole stay... I think this can't be called a good hotel just because of the clumsy management! Frankly there are smaller hotels in the center that have impeccable service and cost 1/4
