It was only a few days lapsed after the the free cancellation period. We appealed for a 50% refund but was denied. Very disappointed with the Hotel Management . The registration to attend the AGM Berkshire failed, thus causing us to cancel the trip. The appeal for cancellation was 3 weeks before the actual booking date. Will never book the same hotel again for the next trip to Berkshire AGM in 2025.
