"There was no microwave in the room, but there was a shared one in the hallway, which was inconvenient. The kettle and lighting remote control were broken. It's an inconvenient location with no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so it's best to buy food before going. I had already paid when I made the reservation, but when I checked in I was charged for the accommodation by mistake and ended up paying it. I asked for a refund when I checked out and was given a refund, but financial mismanagement is the worst thing, so I think they should improve this. There was no toothbrush in the room, and when I asked about it when I checked out I apparently it's a rule to let people know that you need one at check-in, but there was no announcement or comment made, which I thought was unfriendly."

"This stay was exceptionally pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, and the soft bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise in the hallway. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping nearby. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!"
