Mese Suites

Arrived and was quickly rushed into room didn’t help with suitcases and was clapped at the top of the stairs once I had carried all 4 suitcases up, the room stunk of bad drains the bed was messy, the door handles on the main door had fallen off and the handles on the balcony was off too, bad fire risk, there was slugs climbing up the walls, the bed was rotten. I called the manager to come and move us and said I will call on the beach tomorrow as I was satisfied with the service he then got very aggressive shouting and screaming in my face I had a disabled person with me and 2 60+ he went to hit me and my mum and shouted in our faces at 6AM in the morning get out my hotel get out my hotel OUT OUT OUT! I said we had no where to go we just arrived from England his reply I don’t care if you are English Irish Scottish or a tramp get out of my hotel. The manager kicked us out on the streets in the rain at 6am in the morning with no where to stay no phones charged because we complained that there was no health and safety by not getting out the room with the door shut. We left the hotel he was very angry he then followed us across the road telling us to get in his car and he will drive us to a villa god knows what was going to happen if we was stupid enough to get in his car, we then had to walk down the road at 6:30am with our bags and cases and beg another hotel to let us in to stay even though check in was at 2pm that day!
