Facilities: The room was clean and hygienic in all aspects. The problem was that there was no hand-held shower head in the bathroom, so I was sprayed with cold water for a long time when I adjusted the water temperature at the beginning.
Comments on breakfast: This is the first time I have seen such a magical hotel. You can roll your own tacos, stack your own burgers, and bake your own waffles... [Laughing in tears] You need to study the instructions of the machine carefully to eat well...

This place truly goes the extra mile! The breakfast had a wide array of scrumptious choices with the yogurt parfait machine and numerous toppings being my favorite! The staff is efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. I’ve stayed in many hotels and Best Westerns but this place deserves an award for having a wonderful ambience as well as the amazing staff and delicious breakfast! All hotels could take a lesson in hospitality from this place!

My sister said, the bed was the mist comfortable, the other sister was very, very, pleased with the breakfast. For me it was the quietness, cleanliness and cost. The staff was extra helpful, we loved the decor and wanted know where bestwestern bought the pictures and furnishings.

Only think when warmer might want to have the air on before guest arrive. We were hot and looking forward to a cool spot and went in to no air on. Minor thing we had to remain hot till things cooled out.
I have to say Jamie at front desk was pleasant! Our favorite was the lady taking care of the complimentary breakfast. We could tell she enjoys her job, food was awesome, clean, and organized. She was cleaning the whole time and interacting with all guests! She is a keeper take care of her! She is taking care of your guest! Thank you!

Room had hardwood floors instead of carpet - did not like this
Shower was clean and was a walk in but had no grab bars or seat for safety
Room was very clean, staff very nice - we love staying in this location. We stay between 1 and 3 times per year.

The white squirrels of Olney!
Was a short stay, only stayed on night. But enjoyed the accomadations. Was a little crowded in the parking lot at one time due to a prom going on next door. But not really a big deal. A lot of kids having fun.
