Двое гостей проживали 3 ночи 13-16 сентября. Стоимость проживания на 2х 33000. Для Байкала это конец сезона. Персонал окончательно расслабился. В замечательном ресторане блюд нет никаких, уборка в номерах не производится, туалетную бумагу нужно выпрашивать, проблемы с горячей водой. На завтрак не было даже растворимого кофе. Дозвониться до администрации, чтоб обсудить эти вопросы, невозможно.

Отель не достоин священного Байкала, на берегу которого находится. 1. В номерах грязно, мусор не убирают, не пылесосят, туалетную бумагу без захода самим на ресепшен не приносят. За 3 ночи только 1 раз убрали мусор из ванны по нашей просьбе, в комнате оставили. Проснувшись утром в святой день Сагаалган, мы оказались в пыли (у меня еще на нее аллергия) и с видом на переполненную мусорку. 2. Фен - заранее нам сообщили, что фена в номере нет. Нужно просить на ресепшене. Там мне дали сломанный, еле дозвонилась из номера, принесли другой, но с неподходящим разъемом розетки. Поменять больше не могли. 3. Ресторан - наверное единственный плюс. Спасибо официанту Артему за сервис, теплое и внимательное отношение. Но когда начинается кальян, находиться в ресторане не возможно, просто задыхаешься. Спасибо за караоке и дискотеки! На 1 этаже ресторана в гардеробе нет отопления, потом одеваешь ледяную куртку. 4. Баня - позор! За 1400 рублей с человека нет воды, туалета, достаточного количества полотенец. 5. Слышимость тотальная! Невыносимо. 6. Телевизор не работает, шкаф очень тесный и узкий. 7. Спасибо за горячую воду и приятную ванную комнату!
