I travel to this location at least twice a month and just came back after a weeks long trip here for work. Every time I get a room, no matter what floor the place is disgusting. I just so happened to get the same room I was in the week previous and the same stains are on the furniture as before, the sheets look like they haven't been changed with hair all over them, and someone's used soap bar was left in the shower. I'm so disgusted that I had to voice it. I normally don't say anything and just clean behind the staff but this is just a horrible experience. I don't even want to sleep in the bed is so nasty. Do better.

Property needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Found a lot of hair in the bathroom, on the tables and floors! Additionally, the hallways were not vacuumed. Saw the same crumbs and food from when I checked in to when I left and I was there for two days

Staff were professional but not over friendly which is fine but didn’t seem like they cared if you were there or not. Room wasn’t very clean but it was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows also. Back ache as soon as I woke up.

Weekend holiday
The stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there were four people in the room and they only give two bath towels other than that I’d stay again

If you are planning an event in the Olive Branch, MS area I would definitely recommend this property! I was given the honor to accompany my grandmother at her 55th class reunion this past weekend. The banquet space was beautifully decorated. Words can’t describe how good the food was at the event. The staff was so helpful, Flora the bartender, the events persons Toni, Stan and Stanford. We had a wonderful evening.

Toni, Tiffany and Martha were very attentive and proactive to address our needs. They provided excellent customer service and did it for our large group. Our experience was made better by them. Great location and amenities. From the beginning to the end - a great experience!!!

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn all the time, but this one was by far and away the best one we’ve ever experienced. The lobby was beautiful. The bar area was fantastic. The staff was great. The outdoor fire pits were lovely. And the parking area was well lit and very safe. Located just a few minutes off the freeway. It was super convenient as well.
