Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olive Branch

Just opened in early January 2025. Spotless. Convenient to highway. Sam checked us in and she was fabulous. If highway noise is a problem, ask to be on front side of hotel. Breakfast was the normal Belgian waffles, oven warmed eggs w cheese, sausage patties and cubed potatoes. Had apples, oranges, bananas, cereal, yogurt, toast, and muffins. Coffee and juices were available. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very pleased with everything about our stay! Very clean rooms and friendly staff! Very easy to check in and out!!

Toilet did not work. Air conditioner did not work. Room temp did not go below 81. Thermostat light was bright and could not be turned off - kept room lit all night. Had to hand a dark shirt over it. Was given a second room at 2:30 am and second room air-conditioner did not work either. Miserable night!

Beautiful, brand new hotel. Very clean and good breakfast. Spectacular room design. Lots of space for all kinds of stuff.

Check in was smooth (although if booking through ******* they will also hold the same amount charged if using debit card, no biggie). Big & tall, but small, but just enough in one space! The room I had was very clean, smelled nice. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but spacious and big for a King size. The shower floor was nice and clean, great pressure on the water system. The food was the average kind. I didn't eat the breakfast but I could have as it was appealing enough. Check out was also a smooth process. No fuss. It satisfied my needs for my stay and I'm sure it will yours as well. I would stay again because staying in Memphis, is not an option anymore as those options are slim pickings for safety concerns and that's my#1 priority.

The only issue was the TV wasn't working properly. They did have excellent WIFI, and I had my tablet, so it wasn't much of an issue.
